Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tolland County

The place is great, the space is wonderful, the beds are super comfortable to rest in, all the spaces are very spacious, everything we needed we could get there in the house, each and every one of the 14 people who were there were very happy and satisfied with their stay there. We would come back!!

Had a relaxing weekend in George's home. Quiet area, lake was beautiful, near some good hiking areas and good local restaurants. Great to have the dog with us as well which is a big plus for us.

It's hard to find Airbnbs that can accommodate several people in central CT. Luckily, Caroline's listing came to the rescue! Good location in a quiet Manchester suburb, close to Main Street. Nice Ikea dishware, spacious fridge. Parking (no garage), was ample. The upstairs area has low ceilings, but the beds were fine. The main living room area was cozy and full of CT-related board games and books, and several candles. The dining table gets the job done, though we threw some pillows on the dining chairs to maximize comfort. Also, the listing clearly states this, but keep in mind that there is only one bathroom. Caroline was a great communicator. All questions were promptly answered. She also extended a complementary extended checkout, which came in handy.

We had a family gathering at Emma's place (Tranquil Forest Haven). Everyone loved it. The house is architecturally unusual in a good way, with an enormous amount of common area for a 4-bedroom home. The kitchen is large enough for several cooks to be working at once and there are two large and one smaller common areas that flow together. The living/dining room has a cathedral ceiling in the sitting area and a lower, flat ceiling in the dining area. The acoustics were great. Even with multiple conversations going everyone could hear each other without shouting. So many homes and other gathering places have bad acoustics for gatherings, so this was a welcome relief from that problem, especially appreciated by the many people in our family who are older, with hearing loss. We had a nice walk around the nearby town pond, next to the school . It is wooded and tranquil, with geese. (The beach is closed due to bacteria. ) We enjoyed the fire in the wood stove.

Linda’s lakefront home was perfect for family in town for a local wedding. Breathtaking views of Lake Pocotopaug, beautiful outdoor space, comfortable beds and furnishings, and every possible amenity amounted to a perfect stay. The house itself is spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful and updated. The kitchen was well appointed and similarly updated. Everything was sparkling clean. Linda was a communicative, responsive, and gracious host. We would love to come back again!

This area is where I grew up, and I love East Hampton. I return 2-3x a year, and this was the best visit we’ve had come by home in a long time. It was worth the price, even though it was off season and we spent a lot of time visiting family over the holiday. Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, it was better than we expected! A lot of work went into this place and it really shows. Parking was sparse but we worked everything out. (Our travel plans required us to pull a car trailer at the last minute.) Our hosts were very accommodating with our dog, which is very much appreciated. Wonderful experience. We’d love to return!

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Time in this house. Pictures don't do justice because the place is great with beautiful views. Paul was accommodating and very helpful. This has been my favorite place.

The Creation Station was by far one of the coolest airbnbs we have ever stayed up. Highly recommend!

Tracy & Patrick’s house was absolutely perfect for our 4 person ladies weekend. The open concept of the first floor allowed us to all be together, and at the same time, we each had areas to go if we had to take a phone call or do a bit of work. We each had our own place to sleep upstairs. The house was full of amenities and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the short Uber rides downtown and to Mystic. Thank you for the five star ladies weekend at your home!!! 😊

We spent a winter weekend at Mk's place...my husband and I, our teen daughters, and our two dogs. It was a perfect getaway that allowed us to bond as a family but also let my husband and I go to the casino close by for some grown up fun. The game room is awesome - we played some foosball and arcade games but the board game selection was my favorite. The outdoor jacuzzi is well maintained and great for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we ran into while walking the dogs were very friendly. It's about a 10-minute drive to Mohegan which was key for us since we were in town for an event at the arena. Mk was a great host...clear communication and helpful binders about the home and the area. Amenities were as promised and the house was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Carlos and Sara are wonderful hosts and communicators. Their family friendly home was perfect for our needs. The beds are super comfy and linens and quilts extra clean. We didn’t cook in but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. The waiting basket of treats was a big hit with the kiddos. Thank you Carlos and Sara!

Gorgeous house - exactly as pictured! Very spacious for our family of 8 + pets for a cozy wintry gathering in beautiful coastal CT. Karen was extremely accommodating and responsive, and her neighbor Ryan was super helpful as well; she also put up a Christmas tree and festive décor, which was a really nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the house is large and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved taking advantage of the grand piano and fireplaces as well. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, too, which made for nice strolls by the water. We can only imagine how fabulous the place would be in the summer - my family already is talking about coming back. Thank you, Karen!

The place we stayed at was extremely well kept and clean, wasn't far from the mall nor the plazas they had there and Karl was kind and informative.

Dave was a great and friendly host the place was so peaceful the cabin was cute and super cozy very homie We got to bond with our boys and had such a great time kayaking and fishing. We had a bond fire ate s’mores lol it was peaceful and quiet super private. It was an amazing experience we would definitely stay with Dave again. Just as expected

Josh's place was great. Very comfortable, roomy & clean. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was beautiful and had all the needed supplies to cook a proper meal. The house is conveniently located being less than 5 minutes down the road from gas stations, restaurants, stop & shop and more, yet perfectly tucked away down a quiet road. We will definitely be back!

One of the biggest surprises was the provision of homegrown eggs and pancake mix, which made our mornings extra special. Our children were thrilled with Alexa :) and the age-appropriate games provided, keeping them entertained. The attention to detail and warm hospitality were truly 10/10. Karl went out of his way to host a wonderful holiday getaway for my entire family. Extra stars for putting up a Christmas Tree and holiday decorations for our “White Christmas”, complete with snow. Plenty of parking and clear walkways without ice :)
