Great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed our stay during the Holidays! Courtney was a great host!

The place is great, the space is wonderful, the beds are super comfortable to rest in, all the spaces are very spacious, everything we needed we could get there in the house, each and every one of the 14 people who were there were very happy and satisfied with their stay there. We would come back!!

I appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were included. Bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need and there was detergent for the washer too

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

Ryan was an amazing host, we made sure we had everything we needed and kept checking up again and again. He was communicative and the location was as it was described. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

My adult children stayed in Thomas's cottage and it worked out great for us. It was close to our main house and there was plenty of room for them. Unfortunately our stay was in the winter so we couldn't take advantage of the lake area, which is a beautiful area. The house had everything that we needed and we would definitely come back again. Thank you Thomas.

I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our Christmas visit with family. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay in East Hampton. We will be back!

Briggs Cove is several notches above your average AirBnB. It's super cute with tasteful furnishings and fun artwork that you don't usually find in a rental. Fun to see how this historic home has been creatively remodeled. Rocky has thought of everything you might need - an umbrella in the mudroom, bags for when you need to go shopping, cleaning supplies, use of the washer and dryer, and even a hand mixer we were glad to find when we were making chocolate mousse. Beds were comfortable, we stayed nice and warm with the adjustable thermostat in the cold New England winter. As described, this is the first floor unit in a house shared by longer term renters upstairs. You will hear footsteps, etc, but nothing was out of what is normally expected in that arrangement, and everyone is made aware of being respectful. Went for some nice walks in the neighborhood. Would love to stay again.

We stayed one night at this property during a recent college trip tour. This is conveniently located for Western Mass schools and is a well maintained and clean place in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens and towels provided, and appliances are in great working condition. Extremely responsive host who answered several questions I had quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem! The place was clean, perfectly located with convenient access to everything we needed, and the overall experience was simply awesome. Jennifer’s home was clean, cozy, located perfectly and had all the amenities necessary to feel at home away from home. The outdoor space was very inviting as well. We walked the neighborhood every morning and found it scenic and peaceful. The Mystic Market and other local establishments are also within walking distance, which was convenient. Perfect for our winery weekend.

Clean and comfortable stay for a weekend around West Hartford. Radim was very accommodating and friendly - would recommend to anyone!

I didnt want to leave this little cabin in the woods. It felt rustic but had all the modern amenities you would expect in a home. From the rocking chairs on the porch to the comfy beds, there is nothing I could complain about, even if I tried. Marilyn gave excellent suggestions of places to eat and local current events. We left with fall apples, bellies full of clam chowder, and gigantic smiles!!! We have already started planning our return!

A Perfect Lakeside Couple Retreat – 5 Stars! Our stay at Lakeside Landing was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking lake views, the serene atmosphere, and the beautifully designed space. This getaway truly offers the perfect blend of relaxation & closely located by foxwoods and Mohegan Sun and many great restaurants also old mystic and Rhode Island are right up the road as well Great location and very private also the hot tub is a nice touch as well.

We had a great stay. Johannah had a welcome basket full of fun stuff waiting for us, she came over just to help us start a fire and shoveled the snow for us to get out. We are certainly looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to have that experience as well.

I really liked all the outdoor activities my daughter and I did! Karen let us borrow the games inside the cabinet and they were pretty interesting. There's a lot of beds, and they are all comfortable. I really like the view when we were sleeping on one of the bed because you can see the lake when the sun sets or rises. It's really beautiful and I really liked spending time on the canoe and having this vacation! My family and I loved coming here and hope that we can come again. The place was beautifully furnished in every aspect possible. The indoor fireplace was very nice to use. We can tell how much attention to detail Keith put into the cabin. The kitchen was nice and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the limited hot water per each shower.

We loved our stay! We came with our son, who had the best time and wanted to stay indefinitely. The location is beautiful and the hosts were really communicative and welcoming. We will definitely stay again!!

Such a cozy spot!! A warm cabin nestled in the woods with a gorgeous lake, kayaks and canoes, and a waterfront sauna that is absolutely heavenly. Angela was super responsive and kind, and we hope to be back soon!
