The place was exactly as described and clean which was our main priority! Monique was also very responsive as we had make this booking last minute. We would definitely book again in the future.

Me and my boyfriend came to Houston for a concert. The venue was less than a mile away from the apartment! It made for an easy trip back to the apartment. It’s very close to downtown Houston, as well. As for the apartment itself, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was just what we needed. I would recommend staying here if you are only staying a few nights. Only downside was that I didn’t see a washing/dryer machine in the apartment (we had gone to Galveston and I wanted to wash our swimwear and towels we used.) but that it wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything. Just something to note! All in all, the spot was great! Close to a bunch of things, we felt safe staying there, and there was a cute dog!

Great location for a more walkable location in Houston. Perfect for what I needed, would definitely be booking again when in town.

The check in instructions were very clear and accurate. We had difficulties with getting in because we don’t have US phone numbers, that’s the only negative thing. But Kobe was quick to respond and made sure we got in in a matter of minutes. Everything else was PERFECT! Kobe was super helpful and responded right away whenever I wrote. There were a bit pf traffic noise from the street, but only cars passing by - no music from cars, no honking, no breaks squeaking etc. Nice to have a garage to park in and there were plenty of available spots. Super great location, easy to find, clean and spacious apartment, looks exactly like pics. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for 6 months and it was absolutely amazing. It’s such a perfect location close to I-10, 610, 290. Brendan was always super responsive and fixed any issues immediately which the place barely has issues. I lived here for the freeze snow storm and a tropical storm and Brendan made sure everything would be okay. He has a generator as well in case the electric goes out. This place provided a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. If I could’ve never left, i would’ve stayed longer. 15/10 highly recommend!

Like the place the owners where very responsive with anything. Good place to stay, gated, peaceful, quiet. If im ever around the area again hopefully it’ll be available.

This place is a great option for a stay in Houston. Checking in was a breeze, and the apartment was incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for my one-night stay. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Marie helped us out tremendously. We had to rebook our stay due to another host canceling the day before we were expected to arrive. There was no additional deposit required to book with her and i loved that considering the last minute circumstances. Marie was very pleasant and anytime i wrote her she responded right away. The place was beautiful and comfy. Thank you for this amazing Houston experience.

Excellent experience all-around and all went well. There were clear instructions on how to check in, everything matched with what was described and shown in photos, very easy to find the location, very peaceful location. We highly recommend this place for long or short stays.

Daniel's place was a very comfortable stay for us and our dog. The metro rail (only 2 blocks away) takes you right into downtown so you don't have to drive. Walkabe to White Oak Music Hall as well.

Great stay at Brittany’s place. I enjoyed the area and amenities in the building and the host was quick to respond and assist whenever needed. I look forward to staying here again.

Very clean apartment. You do have to download an app for the entry gate, but outside of that was very easy to get to. Generally quite complex, which was nice.

Great location and amazing space. Would recommend.

The pros: Great spot. Very comfy beds. Well lit. Hot shower and water pressure are great. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Also the place felt private which is great. There is a deck outside with a grill that’s great on a nice sunny day. The cons: Pillows are on the flatter side. I had my own so this wasn’t an issue for me. This is a new listing so this may change by the time you are booking it. There is no kitchen - again this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an air fryer, a grill and a microwave that will get you covered for 99% of the kitchen needs.

Ellie was a great host! His Airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Not too far of a drive from downtown and other local locations for activities, shopping and eateries. I would definitely stay there again! 10/10 ⭐️

Love the place!! Very cute and accommodating. Coffee in the cabinet, great location, fresh sheets. Would stay here again. Hot tub is a nice addition and I think they’re building a pool..

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!
