Miners Cabin was a very nice place. It had beautiful scenery, it was peaceful and relaxing after a day if sightseeing in the local tourist areas and enjoyed seeing wildlife while staying there. The hot tub was a great for the grandkids and adults as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin in the Hills between Sturgis & Deadwood

JenniferRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our family had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb near Sturgis. The location offered a nice balance of nature and convenience, with a quick trip into town for any necessities or entertainment. The property had everything we needed, including a fun game room and ample space for our group of eight adults, three little ones, and our two corgis. We particularly appreciated the pet-friendly policy. The host was attentive and reached out a couple of times to ensure our stay went smoothly.

Log Cabin with Hot Tub!

JeniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return! Jackie was accommodating, and the cabin had everything we could have needed. Watching the sunset from the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, walking around the neighborhood, hiking various trails (or attempting due to mud and ice), and taking in the beautiful nearby sights were just a few highlights.

Private Black Hills A-Frame Cabin

JessicaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
very beautiful views and very beautiful house! we managed to get a 5th wheel up to it with our side by side but I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're super skilled with trailers. I have nothing to complain about with this house. Definitely would recommend the place to others to stay at! The hosts were VERY quick at responded which was top tier!!

Rocky Retreat

HeatherRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Cozy cabin in a great location! We were traveling to visit the Black Hills and nearby national parks and monuments. We found this location to be very convenient and we loved the town of Deadwood! The cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials. I will call out that there is no door to the bathroom. The toilet and shower are located around a hall and although not within sight from the main room, there is not physical barrier offering privacy. While this worked out for us, I would have preferred privacy of a door or at minimum a curtain. This was still a 5 Star experience for us, but felt it was worth noting.

Black Hills Basecamp | hot tub | Sleeps 18+

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This house in the mountains was exactly what my soul needed—and what my back needed after hauling kids and groceries uphill (worth it). Peaceful, cozy, and so quiet I started to wonder if I’d accidentally wandered into a Hallmark movie. The views? Unreal. The vibe? Immaculate. The only downside is I had to leave and return to reality.

Quiet cabin off the beaten path

AmandaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay! Things were as advertised and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen, which we used often, was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfy and roomy. The children enjoyed the basement room, with its games and toys. We used the hot tub once. It was also clean with towels by the door. My only complaint would be the hot water & water pressure situation. Only one person could shower at a time and only for a few minutes until the hot water was getting cold. It was a minor inconvenience to not be able to shower while the washer or dishwasher or another person was showering.

Rustic Cabin

HeronRating, 5 starstoday
Cabin 4 was clean and ready for us when we got there late. They left everything for me to just check in and rest right away. The bathrooms were just a shorts walk away and were very clean. The cabin was everything we need for a trip. Lara responded to everything I sent over with no problems on our end. Would come back.

Black Hills Get-Away

CharlotteRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Just absolutely love this place! As a frequent visitor to the Black Hills we get an Air BNB cabin about 6 or 8 times a year and this was in the top 5% of places we have stayed for sure! Loved the location and the 2 live creeks right on the property that feed into trout ponds! Forgot to bring a fishing pole but we did see some fish jump out of the water so they must be in there! Thanks again to Carmen and especially to co host Julie who was very responsive and accommodating!

Sleighride Lodge

DanielRating, 5 stars7 months ago
it was very clean and cozy. Beautiful place. Would stay again if they would have us. only 2 things, 1 Toni way under estimated the parking area, there was far more parking than we would ever needed. 2 grill could use some work or replaced. only one burner would light with igniter. everything else was great.

We just had our second stay at Misty Haven, and it was even better than the first! We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to come back again. The cabin is incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The property itself is stunning—so peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Derito and Margaret are such a delight and truly add to the charm of the experience. Loved the location. we drove from KY and brought our rzr to ride on trails so it was all easy access from the cabin. It didn't have a/c but we adapted pretty easy with advice from the owner. Very peaceful. Owner was very helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who loves the Black Hills like we do! You're smack dab in the middle of those beautiful ponderosa pines. A+

AudreyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Great wildlife, quiet area, minutes from downtown Lead & Deadwood. People near home 🏡 very nice and helpful. Had lots of viewing options on the television 📺 including Netflix and Tubi. Did need to air it out, some windows were quite stiff. The swamp cooler worked just as well as a window air-conditioner, ceiling fans helped circulate air. Nice area for our pet to walk around, conveniently located out of a door in the second bedroom. Plenty of linens, towels. Great library of books to peruse. Lots of thoughtful little details such as a pair of scissors ✂️ and nail cutters, just incase one forgot their's. Games too. After a rocky bit of a start had a wonderful stay and visit to the twin towns. Thank you for allowing us to stay. ✌️

Deluxe Cabin - Galena Road Cabins

JacobRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed in cabin 16 and it was very clean, tidy and had everything we need! Having the clean shower house right next door was a definite bonus. This cabin also had an AC unit so it kept it nice and cool for us and our fur baby. We would definitely recommend this to any one traveling through or looking to trail ride! They also had a ton of DVDs and VHS tapes as well as games. My husband visited with Larry, the owner and he gave great advise on some trails to take in the side by side. Also, the Wild Bill Bar is right down the road with food and cold beer! Would 10/10 stay again!

Historic Love Shack in the Hills

ChrisRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Shawn and Brenda were exceptional hosts. I feel like I arrived as a guest and left a friend. They shared their local knowledge of the Black Hills and surrounding areas, including motorcycle riding routes, key places to stop, restaurants, etc., their suggestions really allowed me to maximize my stay. The ‘Love Shack’ in the Black Hills is just as described and more. If it’s nature, peace and tranquility that you are looking for as a home base for your Black Hills explorations, then this is the place. The cabin is everything you need. It’s nice and cool at night, a comfy bed, a big porch for nightly star gazing or morning coffee and the heated outdoor shower is amazing after a long day of riding. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay in the future.
