El departamento tiene una hermosa vista al mar y está muy bien ambientado. Tiene una piscina muy linda que lamentablemente no pudimos usar debido al mal clima que nos toco. Nos sentimos cômodos y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos.

Parvin’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable including the pull out couch… which surprised my 6’4 son. We were there for a graduation. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants from local to high end establishments. We had a minor mishap and Pravin/Farah was quick to respond which I appreciated. All in all we would definitely stay here again. This is a GREAT spot .

I love the place

The location is great as it's close to the main streets and restaurants, it's also 1 block away from a CVS and a Walgreens if you need anything for your stay. The place has a great view right out to the ocean and you could see the Miami skyline from the balcony. You are basically a hotel guest with access to all the amenities, but just don't get daily housekeeping. Would stay again!

This spot was perfect! The amenities were amazing, staff super nice and the restaurants were great. The gym is fabulous and the pool and beach areas were perfect. We cannot wait to visit again. I don’t see us ever staying anywhere else.

Ell departamento es tal cual lo describen. La cocina con TODO lo que necesitas, utensilios, platos y copas en gran cantidad. Condimentos y todo tipo de especias, super equipado! El sofá cama lo mejor del Departamento, comodísimo. Lo mejor de todo, las vistas!! impresionante vistas a la bahía! Zona super tranquila, mucha paz, fue especial para nosotros. La comunicación con Yana 100 % desde el inicio, responde de inmediato y fue muy generosa al dejarnos recibir la llave mucho antes de la hora del check in, incluso fue mi hijo a recibirla ya que nosotros llegaríamos tarde por el vuelo. Eso fue un plus! Tres cositas a mejorar: 1 reparar la puerta de vidrio del baño que no cierra. 2. la puerta ventana que da de la habitación al balcón no pudimos abrirla estaba muy dura (pero no nos molestó). 3. No hay jabones para mano ni amenidades para ducha (shampu, crema, y gel de ducha). Quitando esto, merece cada centavo pagado y volveríamos de nuevo a alojarnos ahí. Perfecto!! gracias Yana!

If you want a condo on the beach that is steps from the pool and the sand, with an incredible view, this is it. Building is safe/secure which is super important to me. Everything was immaculate, new, modern. Kitchen is super well stocked, cooked twice in the kitchen two totally different meals and wasn’t missing a single ingredient (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc). There is a Publix on the same street (on the west side of the street) which is super convenient. Pool area is immaculate, so are pool bathrooms. Pool was never crowded which is saying a lot because we went on spring break. Guests were friendly and so were the staff of the building. You’ll appreciate the result of the buildings rules because you feel safe, more private, it’s a beautiful space and it’s very well kept. Will definitely be back!! PSA: Vodka penne at “The Boardwalk Restaurant” on the strip is AMAZING. Italian/American food at 1400 N Surf Rd.

Great stay. Loved the location check in and check out were very simple and smooth. Host was very helpful and overall a very nice comfortable stay for me and my family!

We had a fabulous stay- clean and lovely views. Only complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Claudio y Silvina tienen un hermoso departamento para la familia, en un lugar tranquilo y edificio con muchos servicios. Idea para una estancia amena sin ruidos perturbadores del centro de South Beach. La ubicación es muy buena incluso sin vehículo rentado, el tranvía gratuito pasa por la puerta del complejo. Volveremos sin duda.

La vista al mar es muy linda. El departamento es como y está muy bien ubicado. El edificio en sí es antiguo y le falta mantenimiento a los ascensores. La piscina muy bien ! Mady muy amable y atenta. Hermoso realmente

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Very cute airbnb! Close to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. It had everything we needed through out our stay, would recommend!

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

This place was was perfect for our work week at the Miami international Autodrome. The pool was great in the evenings and everything was clean as comfortable. hopefully we can stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and tidy. We loved the pool!

Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet area but easily accessible to Las Olas, the beach, and the airport. Lots of restaurants in a walkable distance as well. The inside matched the description/photos and the coffee bar was a treat. Also, if you’re concerned about the Florida heat; the AC is immaculate. Ice Cold, lol! Definitely recommend staying if looking for a place in the area.

Lovely place, centrally located. Looks exactly like pictures. Great communication n prompt response time. Loved the experience. Will most def be staying again. A+
