The house was in great location to access the popular areas of LBI. The house was clean and perfect for the amount of people we had. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor was great to have for my handicapped mother.

Heather’s place was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, open, and all the furniture was very comfortable! Wawa and Walmart are very close to the location making last minute trips accessible and convenient. Heather was extremely quick with replying to my questions and made the check in and check out process easy, and simple (and I appreciate that so so much!) my family and I hope to return on another family vacation soon, as we did enjoy our stay (for the first time away from our home in 10-15 years as a family)!! Thank you again Heather!

Super convenient location if you're going to LBI National Golf & Resort (5-10 minute drive). We visited in April and most of the downtown restaurants and shops were still closed. It looked like most were reopening around Memorial Day which is standard. The home layout was a bit confusing but the boys LOVED the foosball table. Easy self check-in with an electronic pinpad lock on the door. The bathrooms seemed to have heated floors (!!) but we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. The shower pressure was fine, not the best, and they provided shampoo & conditioner, but not body wash (had multiple small hand soap bars tho). The area felt safe and the home was surrounded by manmade lagoons. There's a patio out back which was nice to hangout on and I think there were also kayaks if you wanted to go out on the water. Great, affordable option if you're looking to be in Little Egg Harbor!

This stay was just what we needed, peaceful, beautiful weather. Victoria communicated very well, given that it was off season offered late checkout since no one else was checking in. Only issue was that despite putting the correct address into Google Maps, it took us to the wrong spot. Switched to Apple Maps and got there no problem.

We enjoyed staying here. Wish it was under different circumstances because it would make a wonderful vacation spot for summer but it was great for a short term rental for our family before our move out of state. Beautiful views and a clean house. Martha is great. Definitely recommend vacationing here.

I had a great stay at Jaime’s place. The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable a stay. LBI is right across the bridge 10 minutes away with easy access

This home is beautiful and Manish was a fantastic host. Very quiet peaceful location even during Memorial Day Weekend. The home is newly renovated and pristine and had an abundance of towels and spare beds. The kayaks are an awesome bonus and the speakers built into the house are very cool. Manish even brought us a new fire pit within 30 minutes of check-in since the previous one had to be thrown out. It’s a close enough drive to nearby bay restaurants and the shore and my group of 7 was thrilled! The home is even bigger and nicer in person!

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

So thankful for Elizabeth opening her home to everyone through airbnb. She is such a nice person. Her place has everything a family could need. I would highly recommend you stay at her place if in town.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! You can tell that a lot of care went into every detail of the decor, creating a warm and inviting space where we instantly felt right at home. The location was perfect—just a few houses away from the beach. After a day spent at the beach or exploring the town, we ended our nights cozied up in the family room watching movies or unwinding in the hammocks outside.

We felt right at home in this lovely, spacious and well-equipped condo located a 10-minute walk from the beach. Our kids enjoyed the board games and we appreciated the list of recommendations for local restaurants, services and attractions. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

We went for our honeymoon, wanted somewhere secluded, fun, beautiful and it definitely was all those things! We had such a blast! We laughed so hard playing darts, basketball, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and foozeball. We had a fire, soaked in the hot tub, sipped coffee on the deck in the morning and wine at night, staring at the trees and listening to the birds. The inside was cozy, charming and comfy. Plenty of stuff nearby to do, Sweetwater Grille provided a savory, memorable dinner and Batsto village had so many trails and the historic village there was so interesting to walk through! So grateful we chose this place!

The house is on a quiet road, very walkable to Bay Village. 1 block from the bay and a few from the beach: The location can’t be beat! Deck has a nice gas grill and great view of the bay. Lovely to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. House was clean. We hope to be back next year!

My family and I had a great experience here for our girls trip! It’s a very lovely house in a wonderful location and perfect distance from LBI! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and we all loved it! The views from the deck were my favorite! The house was equipped with everything we needed and we really felt at home the moment we walked inside! Yas and Dmitry were wonderful hosts and super responsive! Jose's home was lovely and exactly as described. All the rooms were neat and clean, which is a big deal for me. We were in town for a family wedding. The house was secluded yet very close to our venue. It was all quite wonderful and Jose is a great host. Highly recommend.
