Sunset places to stay

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

This was a great place for 8 adult ladies to stay attending a conference. Beds were super comfy, AC nice and cold, and the home is spacious! Three bathrooms were definitely helpful for all of us women! We were also grateful for the beach chairs and towels provided! This house is only a 10 minute drive to Pompano Beach, which has public bathrooms, and many restaurants along the strip. We didn't interact much with the host bc we didn't need to.

Beautiful place very welcoming and felt at home. Was 5 minutes from the beach. Was a great experience and will definitely be back.

nice clean quiet place with comfortable bed

We stayed 5 weeks and were very satisfied with the lodging. Kate has a great custodian, Everett, who stopped by regularly to make sure we always had all the necessary supplies as we were staying longer than most guests. The pool is great and 2 parks and the beach are very close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood and supermarket and pharmacy are within short walking distance. Ten minute drive to downtown and Las Olas area. If you are planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I come to Miami often, we wanted to stay close to the beach so the location was perfect. Airbnb is located about two blocks from the main south beach area and the area was nice and quiet away from the noise of South Beach. The Airbnb was super cute and perfect for our time. Host was responsive and accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes early for check-in. I always appreciate an early check in so we can put down our luggage. The Airbnb has beach chairs and towels. But again, we loved the location - would stay again and recommend!

Marisol was an amazing host for my stay! She made sure I had everything I needed with quick check in’s multiple times during my visit. I would recommend for anyone needing a short term stay in the Miami area!

Pedro & Eva are great hosts! Their hosted house looks new and very clean. They have the most complete amenities and supplies in the kitchen that we have seen in Airbnb. They also have two beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers for use. Washer and driers are in the unit and they provide everything you need for laundry. They are extremely responsive and we always get their replies in 5 min. They offer us great privacy and wash the grill for us after our first use. Great host and highly recommend!!
