Vacation rentals with a patio in Stockholm

This place is in a cute little town. Perfect space for two people. Right above a bar which might scare people away but could not hear anything from down below which was great. Definitely would come back again if we traveled to this area!

Shelly was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and relaxing. I would highly recommend Shelly and Dave!!

I had a fantastic 3 night stay at Joan's place. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Her place exceeded my expectations with everything that you could ever want or need. Bed was super comfortable, blackout shades if wanted, quiet at night. Super hot shower, great towels, and spotless throughout the unit. The bedrooms are separate from each other allowing privacy. Parking is not allowed in the front, overnight from 0300-0600, which helps keep the noise down and it was easy to navigate where to park. Everything is within walking distance, marina, parks, restaurants, coffee, with plenty of antique and artistic shops nearby. If steps are an issue for folks just be aware that it is on the second floor. With that you get an amazing view out front and a peek a boo look of the water. I did not realize that there was outdoor space, super cute small patio in the back with comfortable furniture. Outstanding rental. Thank you Joan for your hospitality.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

I rented this property for the Groomsmen in my granddaughter's wedding. It was perfect and they were very comfortable...they had not one complaint! Thank you!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

Tyler's place was wonderful. Clean, bright sunshine and comfortable. Although we were only there for one night the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The location was right downtown with many places to explore. The deck out back had a view of the river and park across the street. Highly recommend Tyler's place.

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend in the cities, as we were traveling to Treasure Island for a comedy show. We had made prior arrangements to stay at a hotel that turned out to be absolutely filthy. We booked this home and it was available to us within the hour! Andrew was terrific to work with! He was very responsive and gave very detailed check-in instructions! We grabbed a bite to eat and met up with some friends before going to the house, so it was dark by the time we arrived. Aside from a few One-Way streets to navigate around, the house was extremely easy to find and we were able to get comfortable right away! The only thing we wish we would have had was air conditioning, as it got very warm in the house, being we stayed in August. There were a few fans for us to use and the windows were easy to open, so it didn’t damper our visit at all! 10 out of 10, would recommend! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice house. Well equipped, spotlessly clean, excellent instructions. Location great near to my family in a lovely quiet and central area. Near to everything. Have already booked again twice for the coming months. Ila is a great host highly recommend

It was the best time my family and i have had in an incredibly long time enjoyed having just the two tvs and where they were located because people focus so much on screens these days and we were able to watch movies and just enjoy each other. They were incredible with communication and everything would definitely be coming back next year for my brother graduating again. The beds and everything were extremely comfortable couldn’t say enough great things about their home

If I come to Arcadia again I will love to stay at her place again, very responsive and helpful. Very understanding and flexible had to add more nights and she was quick to reply :) definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Christine

Vincent’s place was just like the photos showed. Clean and easy to access. We enjoyed our time and each of us having our own space at the end of the day was wonderful!

This was just about the perfect place for us to stay during my open heart surgery at the Mayo. There was plenty of space for my family and me and very close to the St. Mary’s campus of the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to return “home” after getting out of the hospital. You will need to be able climb stairs to access a bathroom (just in case you’ll need to consider that) but that gave me the benefit of some extra exercise. Thank you for offering such a delightfully beautiful home.

This place was great! Located down town, with plenty of walkable places. Rachelle and Josh were great responsive hosts!

Keith’s place was great!! It was VERY cute and quaint and there was ample room for everyone. The decor is fresh inside and out. The coffee and tea station alongside the high top bistro table was an excellent feature. The backyard is right off the kitchen and was inviting and relaxing. It made for a nice place to sit and relax after a long day as well as enjoying our morning beverages. While we didn’t have our dog with us they had treats available if we had. <3 Would/will stay here again and 10/10 recommend!!

Our condo was very clean, and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We especially loved the view of the lake and enjoyed the rooftop common area with a gas fire pit!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

We had a great stay! The condo matched the description perfectly. Something to note - the bunk beds don’t feel the most solid but our kids did fine on them for one night. The couch isn’t the most comfy since it’s a sleeper sofa. Also, while we had everything we needed for one night in the kitchen, it is very bare bones in terms of what was available for kitchen items. We would stay again if it’s a shorter visit!

Our stay at the Great River Flats on Pedin Lake was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, with stunning views of the lake that we enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty all around us. We also loved how close (walking distance) we were to amazing restaurants and wineries — every meal was incredible, and the local wine selections were top-notch. Whether we were sipping a glass of wine by the water or exploring the nearby food scene, every moment felt special. We will return and stay here! Lake City is a hidden gem!

Absolutely would not hesitate to return! Loved the sunrises on the patio, comfortable bed and pillows, and very spacious. Worth knowing for your stay: I’d say the kitchen has your essentials for cooking, but no extras like foil, ziplock, coffee, seasonings, etc so be prepared if you plan your cook. The lighting is pretty much all or none. With no lamps in the living room area, I pulled out one from the bedroom during our stay so we didn’t have to have the bright lights on. The garage and parking lot is narrow. If you have a large SUV or truck, it will be could be difficult to get in and out of. For reference, we have a VW Atlas and it was tight getting in/out of garage. More positives: Nice touch having a cozy blanket available to use. The rooftop area is wonderful and you can’t beat the view.

Had a great stay for graduation. Unbeatable location right next to campus, plenty of parking and space for the 5 guests we had. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would stay again!

Very nice, clean, and spacious apartment. All appliances work well. Julie, the host, was very responsive and kind. Parking was easy (in a shared lot), but can be tight with a longer vehicle. Just a note that there are a lot of smokers in the apartment complex so there will be some smoke smell.

This host worked with me when I got stuck for work on the East Coast during the recent troubles at Newark airport. He was gracious and professional to a perfection. Great and excellent host! I highly recommend.
