Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Southside, Jacksonville

Scott's BnB is very clean & comfortable close to downtown. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook all your meals, which isn't something you normally find at most BnBs. The furnishings were comfortable and decorated nicely. In the morning we drank our coffees in the sitting area of the back yard and listened to the birds. Check in & check out was simple too. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to St Augustine.

The house was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances, but the cabinets were stocked with dishes. Bathrooms were clean. We bought our own towels, soap, etc. but there were towels available for use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

The home was lovely with beautiful waterfront views. The kids loved the game room and they had their own part of the house. Thank you for a great stay. Next time we will book and stay longer to really enjoy the property.

Tannis was the best host ever! She was so very helpful with any and everything!! She made the home so beautiful and it felt like home. My group and I couldn’t have asked for a better home and host. Also, the pool is immaculate!

We had a wonderful stay - we're local but had family in town visiting for a 40th birthday - 5 adults and 2 children (6 and 7 years old) and had plenty of space. The place was very walkable to the beach, a park, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. We had everything we needed there, and communication was beyond fantastic. We had one small hiccup during the end of our trip, but the host made it right and we greatly appreciated the quick response and solution. The outdoor space was our favorite. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, putting green, and pool. Lovely backyard. The beds were all very comfortable. Instructions were clearly laid out for check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for a great stay and I would definitely recommend this rental company and this house to anyone looking for a beach stay.

Great location within close proximity to downtown and other great places nearby, within close driving distance. very clean and comfortable , but firm, beds, most definitely a plus. Plenty of parking and great Live Oaks with amazing birding on site! Some super friendly neighborhood cats as well. Clean, great amenities and nice not to have to do a ot of cleaning before leaving. Great host!

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

Such a hidden gem and less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The home was clean and tidy and provided all the listed amenities. Very comfortable and cozy. Peaceful location and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and will book as my private getaway any time I'm in town. Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I have stayed at this unit multiple times for work trips at the NAS with colleagues. Perfect for two people. Unit is spotless on arrival, and in-unit laundry and first floor access are very helpful for us. Nakita is an excellent and responsive host and we will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget or just want to be in the woods. Everything was clean. Check in and finding everything was easy. 10/10

Alden was so responsive and extremely helpful, he addressed any issue right away and was very kind! The place is a perfect tiny home, has everything you need, surrounded by serenity with woods, sun chairs, a hammock. Yes, I felt safe to walk outside and around the neighborhood and experienced privacy and safety. Lovely inside and out! It’s well thought out. It is on the smaller side, of course, but I did not feel I needed any more space; and I did bring quite a bit for my month stay with enough room to fit it all! Overall, a 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again!

Eddie is super respectful and goes out of his way to help out with whatever you need. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

The place is very cute and had plenty of space for the three of us to sleep. There were several people hanging out in front of the main house playing music that night but they did not bother us at all and the music was off at a reasonable time. It is close to stores and restaurants and a bargain for a short stay. Thank you Esteffany.

It's a great place. My wife and I are very happy to enjoy that place. You are connected with nature, enjoying the sounds of birds, the landscape and the tranquility was wonderful. The pool to enjoy and cool off. The perfect cabin with everything you need for your trip, and the spectacular Jacuzzi to relax, we really enjoyed it and had a quality time. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We recommend it and we would stay again. It was wonderful.
