Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Overall 5 stars. Marina was a great host with great communication and quick to respond. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of fun activities in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Screened in patio was enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious livingroom. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Car needed to get around the area.

Some people have a talent for making others feel welcome. Christine clearly has this gift. The home is comfortable and stylish and I wanted to move right in. Lovely home with lots of space and a great up and coming neighborhood of Springfield. Try The Bakehouse for fresh pastries and eat them on the front porch while the birds sing to you. Perfection!

Ashley saved our stay! We needed to be in Jacksonville for a week due to an eye surgery my husband was scheduled to have done. Our original plans changed from just the two of us traveling and planning to stay at a hotel near the surgery center to bringing our three dogs with us. A few days before our arrival, I quickly changed our hotel reservation to an extended stay type of accommodation that allowed pets. We arrived early evening and within two hours I was frantically searching for an AirBnB that was available as the extended stay I had selected was unbearable to be at. Thankfully, Ashley’s cute home was available and due to her prompt responsiveness and willingness to help us - we were able to check in right away instead of having to wait until 4pm the following day! The perfect recovery spot for my husband and our hounds loved the freedom of the fenced in backyard! Ashley made a difference for what was a very stressful time for us. Thank you Ashley!

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

Absolutely 10/10!! I stayed here with my best friend. Pinky was quick to respond if we had any questions. Super friendly, even put together the cutest little snack bin for us. Cannot wait for our next stay!!

This property is a gem in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. clean, safe, private parking, well kept and close to everything downtown. the host was attentive to all needs.

I really enjoyed my extended stay! The place was thoughtfully put together with all the amenities, toiletries, and hygienic products I could need. There is a great amount of privacy and Chris was attentive through my stay. A true home away from home! Cozy! And comfortable!

My boyfriend and I were in Florida for 10 days and this was one of our stops for two nights. This location was absolutely A plus! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, extremely comfortable, had everything we could possibly need, and its just 6 minutes from the airport. The pool was perfest as well. Joe's response time was always very prompt. We found plenty to do in the area. Three great things we did in the were go to the Riverside Arts Market, The Jacksonville Zoo, and the Avonlea Antiques and Interiors. I would absolutely recommend this location for your next trip to Jacksonville!

Entertaining! We called this place a museum of curiosity! Lots of conversations over many of the fun pieces in this place. Ken was a very friendly host! Fun board games and a PacMan machine. There is even a piano! Lots of space in the home and plenty of bedding. All bedrooms are upstairs. Some of the upstairs bedrooms must use the downstairs bathroom as there isn’t one in that end of the house. Charming bathrooms, but getting in and out of the tub/showers could be difficult for an elderly person. Large dining table accommodates all guests. We loved sitting on the cute front porch in the mornings and evenings. Convenient location and great nearby restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Great deal for the money and would recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget or just want to be in the woods. Everything was clean. Check in and finding everything was easy. 10/10

Alden was so responsive and extremely helpful, he addressed any issue right away and was very kind! The place is a perfect tiny home, has everything you need, surrounded by serenity with woods, sun chairs, a hammock. Yes, I felt safe to walk outside and around the neighborhood and experienced privacy and safety. Lovely inside and out! It’s well thought out. It is on the smaller side, of course, but I did not feel I needed any more space; and I did bring quite a bit for my month stay with enough room to fit it all! Overall, a 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again!

Eddie is super respectful and goes out of his way to help out with whatever you need. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

The place is very cute and had plenty of space for the three of us to sleep. There were several people hanging out in front of the main house playing music that night but they did not bother us at all and the music was off at a reasonable time. It is close to stores and restaurants and a bargain for a short stay. Thank you Esteffany.
