Kathie's place is quiet, comfortable and spacious. I love the oak trees with the spanish moss in the yard.

Quiet Location, located on a dead end. Didn’t seem to be in a “rental only” location. Hot tub was clean and worked properly. Comfortable memory foam beds. Clean and did not have any smells. Stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Quick drive to the beach. The hangout area down stairs was nice.

Latanes place made my friends and I feel right at home! The pool table and hot tub was also a bonus! We throughly enjoyed the location as we walked almost every where we went including the beach. She was also very responsive and even called to offer places for us to go if we ran out of options. She was very sweet and kind and very helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gettysburg Retreat! We loved that we were in walking distance to so many historical landmarks and sightseeing activities. The home was very cozy and perfect to relax in after a day of exploring! We highly recommend this home for a trip to Gettysburg!

Exactly what we needed for a weekend in St Augustine - extremely thankful that the dogs were able to join us and weren’t made to feel like they were an inconvenience. Wonderful space, easy to walk to the beach and an incredible taco spot across the road.

We really enjoyed our stay with large family. Lodge had plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved all the animals coming right up to the porch. Ethan the ranch hand was amazing.

I can’t put into words how much we enjoyed Cornelia’s home. She thought of everything. Special touches all around. It’s a very beautiful peaceful unit. Tucked away and quiet. It was so perfect that I didn’t want to leave. We had long conversations and Cornelia and her husband came to see my son compete at Tryon. That was pretty special. Thank you so much for being such kind and accommodating people. I’ll definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The house was stocked/furnished with everything you needed. Spent 3 days kayaking on the river. Will hopefully make it back again.

We had a great stay in this home! Leslie was very kind and attentive, she responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had what we needed. The house is spacious and cozy, perfect for a family getaway. There are a few small things around the house that could use some fixing, but overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We really appreciated the warm communication and hospitality!

So great to stay at Vanesa's place. This Airbnb has everything you could need or want. Centrally located, exceptional value for the money, and very good description and reviews. Of all the places I looked up she had the best price of all the rest and the it definitely is a prime spot. Brand new facilities, ammenities, and excellent value. Very responsive and helpful. 15-20min to the parks with rush hour traffic. If you need a spot to be close to Disney this is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It’s a super quiet, friendly, slow pace, and safe community with lots to do! Our kids absolutely LOVED the bikes and electric scooter the hosts provide. We spent each morning and evening riding paths, boardwalks, watching sunrises and sunsets. The golf cart is an absolute MUST in this community and we are so grateful this home came with one! The hosts provide everything you would need for the beach and the home is fully stocked with everything you need! There was a small issue with the community app you need for the pool access but it worked out in the end. A huge plus was the hosts let us check in super early on the day of arrival which was so helpful! We would absolutely stay in this home again if we return to Port St Joe!

Made lots of great memories with our family during our stormy mini vacay. Home is very cozy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Note if you have small kids, you do have to cross the busy road and there are no sidewalks. But it is an easy quick walk to the ocean! Rosalie was very responsive and helpful!

Everything was excellent! Especially the host's attention, she is ready to help, she responds quickly. It is close to Disney parks, supermarket, restaurants, gas station.

We loved our stay! This end of the beach is a bit more spaced out than in surfside and we felt so comfortable in the house - right on the beach, made it so easy with the kiddos to go back and forth a zillion times.

Best house to stay in! 1 minute walk to resort. 30 seconds walk to playground for the kids. The house was impecable and the host was the absolute best. Will be visiting on our next Florida trip!
