Your little "home" on the river became our home for 2 chilly but starlit nights on the scenic St. John's River. You anticipated everything we might need when equipping and stocking the houseboat and even included a hospitality bag. We'll be back! We recommend Tiny Houseboat Adventures without reservation.

Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

What a fun adventure staying on a houseboat - nothing like being gently rocked to sleep! Gia shared a lot of information about the area and was very clear on everything specific for the boat. We took the kayaks out and made it all the way to the downtown Manteo waterfront, where we paddled around the historic Elisabeth II ship! Darrell's is a great restaurant within walking distance for breakfast!! The pool was a bit cold, but we did enjoy playing pool in the clubhouse.

Nice Place. Great place to stay and they picked us up right on the back porch. Ice machine was nice too.

We totally enjoyed our 12 night stay on the "Why Knot" houseboat. Michael met us when we arrived, showed us around and pointed out anything that needed special instructions. The boat was very clean, had brand new carpet, and had everything we needed. The town of Sanford is very walkable. We enjoyed the community theater, the winery and local restaurants.

The boathouse was very peaceful. We sat on the dock and fished, watched the boats go by and had a very nice time.

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

We have never stayed on a house boat, and this FAR exceeded our expectations. It was the best of both worlds; all the comforts of home while being afloat on the river. Everything was in pristine condition and there were plenty towels, linens, and even supplied fun captains hats! We loved having coffee in the morning on the open air deck off the master bedroom, and enjoyed our evenings on the tremendous rooftop deck. I couldn't recommend this more. My only regret is we didn't find this sooner!

This was one of my favorite trips! The boat house was beautiful and decorated so cute. We loved sitting on the back deck just hanging out all throughout the day. The house was in a great location and easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart to get around. We were so happy with this place and my fiancé even proposed on the houseboat to me this weekend. We will be back!

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!

Was a great stay and will definitely be back. Host was amazing and very responsive and was ther for anything I needed. Place was very clean and cozy.

This place was truly one of a kind. Private, waterfront, with incredible sunsets and some neighborhood dolphins. Natalie was super responsive, helpful, and made it a great experience. This place is worth the stay, just an all around awesome place!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Love to wake up and walk across to public beach for sunrise and sit on the dock for sunset!

My husband and I really enjoyed it! Chip was very attentive and responded quickly. It was very beautiful around, we had a great rest!!

We had a great stay perfect size and we didn’t have any issues finding it everything was clean and in a great location. What really sold us was the covered dock slip it was easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! Fantastic view and super clean inside and out! Owner is very proactive, simple, and responsive. We will be back every year at least. This is top 5 if not the best place to stay in Venice. Thank you again!

Peter met us in person at the marina, toured us all around the houseboat and made you feel so welcomed! He showed us all the amenities, made us feel totally at home and said to reach out 24/7 if we had any questions about anything. As soon as we met him, it’s as if we’d known him for years. We cooked, grilled and ate all meals there on the upper deck. The views were amazing, we waved/met folks in other boats who were waving to us and had an incredibly relaxing time. He covered every detail and was an awesome host…from sharing fishing tips to providing wine, snacks and a great candy bar! The beds were so comfy with THE softest sheets I’ve slept on. What a perfect holiday weekend. The houseboat is quite spacious, so comfortable and provided a superb environment for our family and friends. Easy to get to Jane's boat, the people were very friendly. The boat was amazing, very cozy, love the desk especially with the weather being great. I strongly recommend to stay there, easy access to and from the boat to downtown. The area is family owned with live music, painting sessions and even guess the songs night. We shall return to Pittsburgh and book at Jane's boat again. That is a guarantee. Thank you

I've lived boat life briefly before and I will say Beth and Greg gave me everything I was looking for this weekend. My girlfriend was in town visiting from Warner Robins and she loves water so this was perfect. The only problem I had was one of the Air conditioners gave out but after communicating with my hosts they replaced the entire air conditioner within hours. You couldn't ask for a better getaway

We had a great time and this boathouse was amazing, the subtle rocking of the boat was so comforting! It is a beautiful home and everything you need is literally right there. It is a great escape. The only thing I can say that could be different is maybe displaying the name of the home somewhere outside the home to make it easier to find. The directions that were sent were good but there is a detour for the ramp that is normally used I believe. Overall 10/10 would recommend for sure! Thank you for allowing us the stay!

The boat and cove were fantastic. Very quick drive to Belterra and back and a lovely evening on top deck of boat and around the fire pit. Highly recommend if you are looking for some relaxation. Tracey was fantastic.
