Stay was great. The only note was the tv sometimes froze and was unresponsive. Kinda of a bummer when you have been on your feet all day and just want some screen time before bed. Other than that the stay was great. The host was great and gave multiple recommendations of activities to do around the city. Everything was clean and private and a great price. Definitely recommend for your next stay.

L’appartement est charmant, situé dans un quartier très agréable avec plein de restaurants à proximité. Au premier étage sans ascenseur. Légèrement bruyant la nuit avec le son de rue qui remonte mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir non plus. Tout est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Nous ne pouvions pas vraiment laisser la poussette de notre fils en bas des escaliers car l’immeuble est étroit et ça aurait gêné le passage mais ça n’a pas dérangé mon mari de la porter jusqu’à l’appartement. Le lit est assez petit tout comme l’espace chambre mais nous avons quand même réussi à dormir à 3 avec notre fils de 3 ans. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la suite uptown et serions ravi de revenir !

We enjoyed our stay at Terry and Mindy’s place. It had all the amenities needed and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms. We were there over the weekend and were able to find plenty of parking on the cross street at all times. The hosts are super responsive and flexible.

We were looking for a place that was close to public transit and the train station was right by the rental. Safe area and easy to get to

This place is an amazing find in a lovely area of Swampscott. Their home is situated right across the street from the water, and it’s less than a five minute walk to many area restaurants and shops. Ryan was very accommodating with a last-minute booking, he sent clear instructions so check-in was easy. His home is beautiful and very spacious - and the listing photos are an exact representation of their home. Ryan was also extremely responsive to any questions, and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for places to go. I do hope to return for another retreat stay as there were many places to walk and explore and we didn’t cover it all in our time there. This is also very close to Salem/Boston but is tucked away from busy city and everyone in the area was friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay in their home, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

My family and I stayed at Chau’s place for a few days while visiting relatives in Boston . We had a great experience; the unit was clean, spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and responsive and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this Airbnb rental for everyone looking for a convenient and safe place to stay in the Boston area.

Ryan's place was as described on the website. The upstairs unit was clean and comfortable. We were able to easily find parking on the street. There were only a few Keurig cups and only two tea bags for the first morning but Ryan quickly responded and a new drip coffee maker was quickly delivered. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are numerous areas where there are slight changes in floor height creating trip hazards and opportunities for stubbed toes. Overall the place is as described and is very comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet and sunny. My family of four enjoyed staying here.

Patricia was always responsive whenever I had questions. The place was clean and exactly as described, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you don’t mind the stairs, it’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Whole place is up to date. Close to airport and easy access to the train. Edward was very responsive in timely manner. Great host. Would stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at Aaron's place. The unit was very clean and looked new. The large monitor hookup was a plus and allowed me to set up the workstation and work efficiently. The location was very convenient - within walking distance to Harvard, Porter, Union Sq, and a bunch of local favs. Aaron was also very responsive and accommodating.

This was a great space. Comfortable bed and lots of lovely little touches - instruction cards/recommendations/welcome note. Very clean. We walked a lot - approx 40 mins to Harvard square. 5 mins from Gilmore square T ( green line into town) and the Cambridge path. Convenience store across the road. Nice restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Pamela is very kind, friendly and hospitable. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the garden area is a plus. Really enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend.

I had a lovely stay with my two kids. From the initial confirmation, Erin was always super responsive and we found everything we needed in the apartment. We had plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kids slept like logs. Thank you Erin!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at: clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. My husband and I brought our 25 year-old daughter to our son's graduation. I was so glad to find a place where she could have her own room rather than sleeping on a pull out couch in a cramped hotel room. There were countless amenities in the apartment which really made us feel at home -- they've really though of everything! Communicating with the hosts was timely and seamless. The location was good with a short walk to the T stop through the park and, because it was the end of the line, there was always a train waiting for us. I'm not sure when I'll be in Boston next, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. It was very roomy and clean. Plenty of room for our family with adult children to relax when we were there. The Blue Line train being across the street was a huge plus since we were in town for our daughter's graduation and were on the go quite a bit. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I have the chance. Great experience.

Excellent customer service from the host. I know things don’t always go as planned and life happens but it was great having a host who knew how to handle situations very well. The home was very clean and the back yard was pretty much private. I like how there’s a walkable ice cream shop and food places. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. I loved how big and open the living room was. There’s so much to do just minutes away like the Stone zoo that was a lot of fun. The Fox Den nearby was delicious. Also enjoyed how they have a hot water maker for tea that is a must. There’s seats outside where you can enjoy your coffee and it’s very peaceful and private. I liked how there was easy parking right next to the door. Things didn’t go perfectly but we still had an okay time just enjoying tv and visiting places around us. Once again this host went above and beyond to handle things, more than I expected, and I’m very grateful that things were solved.

This place was a beautiful blessing! We loved how cozy and big the space is! It was perfect for our large group! The Hosts are lovely and are absolutely so accommodating! If you need something, they will help you right out! Easy place to door dash and do Walmart delivery.

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

Absolutely beautiful! The home was clean and had more than enough space for the two of us. Check in was easy, and the hot tub was perfect for the chilly night. Uber/ DoorDash were very quick to pick up and drop off- no issues finding the home. We can’t wait to book in the future!

Exactly as described; this is the 2nd time we've stayed here and would stay again. Good location, parking is easy, there's a workspace, wifi is solid, it's quiet, bed is good, shower is good, it's exactly what I'm looking for in an AirBnB. Though I keep forgetting to take advantage of the hot tub! Plus, hosts are fast responders. No complaints!
