I was very happy with my stay here. The building was great and in a great location in reference to my work stay for the convention center. Renee’s apartment was one of the more well equipped Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and in great condition. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and relax and it was quiet in after hours times. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!

Amazing place! Plenty of space and was Perfect for 2 couples. Very walkable area. My only suggestion would be to include a couple additional amenities; a Bluetooth speaker and steamer or iron would be easy add on’s that we would have used! Besides that everything was great.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

We've stayed here several Times as it is right by our daughter's dorm at Vandy. It is a great spot and the hosts are wonderful! It's one of our Nashville favorites!

My wife and I stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better experience with not only the AirBnB but with Zack. The place was clean, spacious and had a nice Nashville theme. It was about a 10-15 min walk to Broadway which has so much to do. Zack was great, answer any questions within a very reasonable time. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Awesome experience.

Great family getaway spot very close to downtown. The view from the top balcony is amazing. We loved the room layout and the kitchen was really well stocked. Chad was also very responsive and extremely accommodating! Not sure I’d stay anywhere else in Nashville on our next trip!

Kevin was a great host and made sure check in went smoothly. The home was as pictured, clean and plenty of space. Close to downtown, a grocery store less than 2 miles away and a convenience store within walking distance. Overall a great stay!

We stayed to celebrate my BFF’s bachelorette and it was perfect! We very comfortably slept 8 people and could have very comfortably slept 2 more! The distance from downtown and other activities was perfect- 10-20 minutes from everything and super easy to get on the interstate. The only issue we had was on Friday and Saturday night, the bar across the street is loud and they party out into the streets, blocking the roads and taking parking spots. A fair amount of cop sirens and fighting could be heard- however, we were so tired both nights we slept through most of it. I would still recommend this Airbnb despite the chaos!

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!

We had a family visit and Michael’s place was cozy, clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little quiet hideaway for a couple of days while in town for a family function. Close to restaurants and great location for tourism. I would book here again.

Great stay! The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. Be sure to read the welcome message carefully—guests are expected to bring their own towels. We needed a few additional items during our stay, and the host was extremely accommodating. Would definitely book again!

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Great place to stay! Cute, clean, great location. The building is a bit rowdy, but it’s Nashville so not surprising.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Maria was very responsive. i had an issue with key code on door the second day. She had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. They stay felt very safe. The only issue which is much you can control. You can hear people walking upstairs. It may be an issue for light sleepers. just be prepaired. They weren't excessively loud or a party. The floor just seems to be loud for people below.
