Great location everything you need and plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

It was perfect! Walkable to broadway or it’s a quick uber. Naz was very responsive and checked in during our stay. The place was super clean. We had no issues at all!

Markeisha was amazing and her place was perfect!!! We had everything we could possibly need, everything was so clean, and it was sooooo quiet!!!! The instructions from parking to getting in and out of the building were perfect!! Everyone in the building was incredibly kind, too!!! We paid to park in the garage, and it was worth every cent. We would highly recommend her Airbnb, and we will definitely be back.

Apartment is nicely placed and an easy walk from the main strip and to the Gultch. Very clean and has everything you need. Great balcony overlooking the pool area. Host was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

The place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is walking distance to everything but quiet and private at the same time. The area was spacious and clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again The hosts are amazing and very responsive

We stayed one night for a show at Cannery Hall. It was the perfect spot for that! Only a few minutes to walk over from the room. Didn’t feel unsafe. We also ate at the Pub that’s attached to the building and everything we got was amazing. We had such a great time! Will definitely be staying here again. It was also extremely peaceful and quiet in the apartment halls. Loved everything about it!

Excellent air bnb experience! Walkable to 12 south neighborhood which has excellent dining and copious shopping. Short uber to the remainder of Nashville. Very comfortable for 2 couples looking to catch up. I will definitely stay again when in Nashville. I look forward to staying in warmer weather to take advantage of the screened in porch and grill.

This was a great home,very clean and just minutes away from all the main attractions,it was very quiet around the area and if you had any questions he wasn't long getting back to you.

Loved the fun and eclectic furnishings and art. Each piece had a distinctive personality and added so much to the Cottage. I think the pink poodle on the fireplace was my favorite. The kitchen was well furnished, there were lots of linens and the laundry facilities were great. The only thing I would like to have is a radio in the bedroom.

The cottage is very cozy, clean, comfortable furniture, well equipped with kitchen items and plenty of towels, comfortable beds and perfect location for our needs. Cherylann was very thoughtful and very attentive to ensuring all our needs were met. Loved our stay, will gladly stay again in the future!

I've stayed in many Airbnbs in Nashville over the years as I have a daughter going to college there and Neal's is one of the best places I have stayed. The space and location is great- walkable to great restaurants and shopping on 12th South. the space was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's perfect for a couple but there is not much room or space for anyone else if you were to have someone you know there come over. It might be different in the summer time where you could enjoy the outdoor space but inside is smaller. Overall a great stay and we will try to stay again!

Cute little house just as pictured in Debbie's description. There was parking on street available right out front - always. Debbie checked in with me when she didn't hear from me - wanted to be sure I was ok. Responsive to every text. Thanks for the coffee and snacks there for the first morning and the entire stay! Oh, yes, and very comfortable bed.

We had a great time. Very clean and very convenient for Broadway and the HOF. The pool looked wonderful - saw a person in there and said the water was great and warm. We wish we had brought our suits. Plenty of room for the two of us (might have been a little tight if we had more people). Kitchen was great , beautiful island and appliance (we did not really use them) - however there was really no place to sit?? There was only one small stool? That was really the only negative that I found with our rental. One other small issue was that the Wi-Fi at the front outside door wouldn't work for us. We had to go in through the parking lot door. The mattress was too soft and my wife said she found some crumbs on the sheets the first night. All in all - we enjoyed our stay.

We have been to Nashville numerous times and Cal’s place was by far our favorite! It was so convenient being right where all the action is! We didn’t have to book one taxi, Lyft or Uber our entire stay. We will definitely be booking again.

Such a cute little place to stay at for a weekend in Nashville. Every place we wanted to go to was within 10-20 minutes driving which was great. Broadway was down the road which was the main attraction for us. The host was sweet and responded quickly which was a plus. The whole room was so comfy and cozy I will definitely book another stay!

Really enjoyed the place! We booked fairly last minute and it was a perfect stay for my fiancé and I’s quick weekend getaway. Extremely walkable to Broadway, Nissan stadium, and awesome how Ole Smokey Distillery is just a short block away. Highly recommend - it pays for itself in the amount of Ubers we would have needed if we weren’t so close!

We had a great stay and Kimberly's place is in a perfect area of Nashville, 15 min walk to the craziness of Broadway and 10-20 minutes to great restaurants and bars in Germantown. It was also nice to be right on the river and have such a nice view. The condo was just as it was listed which we very much appreciated and free parking just outside our door.

Fantastic host and great location. Would most definitely recommend to anyone to book here.
