Vacation rentals with a pool in Sobro, Nashville

Amazing stay! Will be back!! We needed a place to stay last minute because our other booking was not as advertised and very dirty. This place saved our trip!

Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

The house was perfect for a group. Very clean and modern and Tonya was very responsive!

Location was close to downtown area. Well furnished and taken care of. Listing is misleading by showing a pool, but there is no pool. There is a line in description saying coming soon, but many images showing the pool and listed on amenities. Joe gave a small refund to compensate after we mentioned. Check back after Spring for the pool!

Could not have asked for a better location for our stay in Nashville. Walking distance to a lot and a short uber ride to go further or if raining. Apartment was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend Alex’s unit! Cant wait to come back and stay in the same unit!

Perfect for a stay in East Nashville! Beautiful bungalow with really high quality appliances, bedding, towels, great lighting, well maintained and well designed space. There were extra towels and blankets provided, and the host was always communicative. Access with the keyless entry and parking in the alley made entry and exit a breeze. The host and her friends were super friendly, and the house felt super private and quiet. Being in a walkable neighborhood was amazing. Would 100% recommend without hesitation!

We had a great time. Very clean and very convenient for Broadway and the HOF. The pool looked wonderful - saw a person in there and said the water was great and warm. We wish we had brought our suits. Plenty of room for the two of us (might have been a little tight if we had more people). Kitchen was great , beautiful island and appliance (we did not really use them) - however there was really no place to sit?? There was only one small stool? That was really the only negative that I found with our rental. One other small issue was that the Wi-Fi at the front outside door wouldn't work for us. We had to go in through the parking lot door. The mattress was too soft and my wife said she found some crumbs on the sheets the first night. All in all - we enjoyed our stay.

Zeke was a fantastic host. Never had to question anything? He always sent a message anticipating my questions.

Todd's place is beautiful, right on the river, great location, not too far from the good spots but far enough to get some peace and tranquility, I strongly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at Megan’s Airbnb while on a road trip to Nashville. We had an awesome stay and immediately felt right at home. The studio is in a nice area that is quiet at night but also a close drive to the music on Broadway. It has everything you need. We highly recommend.

Everything you need is there, clear instructions and quick responses. The condo was as described. I would stay here again and recommend it. Bars, restaurants and live music all within walking distance in Music Row. The Gulch is approx 15 min walk, midtown is approx 10 min. Broadway (downtown) is 30 mins, uber cost $10-15, or rent the electric scooters.

Really enjoyed the place! We booked fairly last minute and it was a perfect stay for my fiancé and I’s quick weekend getaway. Extremely walkable to Broadway, Nissan stadium, and awesome how Ole Smokey Distillery is just a short block away. Highly recommend - it pays for itself in the amount of Ubers we would have needed if we weren’t so close!
