The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Fred has a lovely home with great amenities! Loved having kayaks, a private dock, tons of kid toys and a paved path for a non-ambulatory four year-old child with cerebral palsy to be transported to and from the house or dock in his stroller. So grateful they also truly understand an animal lover's desire and need to travel with pets. What a gem of a house with so many ways to have fun!! And what a kind host!!! Very responsive to every question and house is full of inspiring quotes of hope and faith!

Place was amazing, easy to find and very peaceful. unfortunately the wifi password listed was incorrect and we were so busy we didn't have a chance to ask for an updated one. The refrigerator was also not working and didn't keep our food cold/frozen. Overall, a wonderful trip! I believe if we were less busy and asked Cathy about both wifi/fridge she would have solved those issues for us. We only stayed 2 nights so these were minor things!

Beautiful cabin on the lake with some stellar views. The house has a really cool layout and the fire pit area is huge. It was really secluded and the cabins nearby were all full of friendly people. Would definitely stay again, and some family friends have already reserved it for later this year! 10/10 would recommend.
