Great place to stay, very good host!

The house was perfect for our group! Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book Meisha’s home again!

This home is exactly like the pictures - very clean and quite roomy. More than enough space and amenities for a group of four. We loved being able to sit on the back patio in the morning and the proximity to the Cooper-Young neighborhood. Bonus points for really comfortable beds and a huge shower! Would happily stay here again.

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

We would highly recommend, great place to stay and close to everything. Nice peaceful neighborhood which felt very secure. The house was nicely furnished, full of amenities, towels, comfortable bedding and covered carport which made it nice since it rained. Check in and check out was easy, definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

We booked the stay for my son’s weekend AAU tournament in Memphis. The gym was a 9min walk and 2 min. drive. From the apartment. Great location for the event. We arrived a little early and John accommodated, giving us the code to go in without any wait time. Very close to a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint would be parking. For this specific apartment the only parking was roadside which gave me a little anxiety because of the narrow street and a good bit of through traffic. The parking was free though so that was a plus.

I had such a cozy and comfortable stay at this apartment. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had (including restaurant recommendations), which made the experience even smoother. They also left clear and detailed instructions on how to find the house and get into the apartment — everything was easy to follow. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and would happily stay here again!

Morgan and team were fantastic in every aspect of the rental. Great communication. Ease of instruction. Helpful. Location is exactly as described. Central location. Safe. Clean. The place is good for couples, business travel, small family, event travel at Liberty Park or the Liberty Bowl. If you are in town to enjoy Memphis or on business, this location will give you rest/relaxation/down-time that you need.

Amit was a very responsive host! He was available to help with any needs we may have had (we had none) but continued to check on us throughout our stay and recommended great breakfast spots! Would definitely stay again if in the Memphis area.

This is a beautiful stay in a great location for all central activity. National Civil Rights Museum is right behind the place, Beale Street a short stroll. And checkout the Garden Brunch next door for a wonderful breakfast with friendly staff.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

We are originally from Memphis 20+ years ago. Back then I would have never stayed in this “area”. Well let me tell you it was amazing! Very safe feeling and secure. We walked all around down the river, Beale Street, the Pyramid, etc. The place was so homey and comfortable with plenty of space. Everything you need is there! Communication was great! Would absolutely stay here next time! Loved it!!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

Great host, extremely easy to work with and she also had informational videos on YouTube. So any information I may have forgot. I could reference the videos overall i had an amazing stay

Wonderful stay. Location was perfect for us to visit museums, halls of fame, etc. Walked to the sights. The layout was great for two couples, esp since one person had a desk for some work. We would certainly stay here again.
