Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Seaside Heights

Super simple to find the location, and quick to get to once you cross over into Seaside Heights. Seaside Heights isn't huge, so it's generally walkable to the boardwalk, amusement park, etc. Cute house. We ran out of toilet paper the last night but then again didn't ask about where to find or get more. Otherwise the place was good for our group of people. There's a quaint backyard with a sitting area, but the weather really did not cooperate to use it. There beach chairs for your use as well. The coffee maker in the house is a K-cup machine, and if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring your own chef's knife. The kitchen isn't huge in terms of work space. I suspect most people including our group will eat out most of the time. There's plenty of food options along the shore, or over across the bridge. All in all it was a fun comfortable stay.

What a great place to stay in Seaside!! We stayed in the off season and it was so lovely to be right by the boardwalk. My kids really enjoyed the house scooters! The house is pristine and spacious with helpful labels so it’s easy to just feel at home. Lots of different areas for people to be and an awesome game room and rooftop deck. We enjoyed it immensely at Thanksgiving, I can’t imagine how great it is to be at this house in the swing of the summer!

I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful unique Airbnb! Dawn was such a wonderful, friendly host who responded quickly when I had any questions. The check in was a breeze and as soon as we walked in you felt all of the comforts of home. For being an older home it sure was very clean and updated. I loved all of the unique decor. The airbnb had all of the amenities we needed and more! I mean EVERYTHING! There are also plenty of places to eat at grocery shop in the area . The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the shore and boardwalk just a short drive down the street. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Kyle was an awesome host. He always responded fast when we needed to get in touch. Beautiful home 2 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk.

The location was absolutely ideal... just a short walk to both the beach and the bay. Parking was a bit tricky at times, but that’s pretty typical for a beach town. Kendall was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already planning to return next year:) My only suggestion would be to consider adding a small TV in one of the bedrooms... since the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it would’ve been a nice indoor option.

Quick great stay. The place was clean. Beach passes provided free of charge which was a great amenity! The location of this place was perfect! It was in walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The bed was comfy. There was a Roku tv. A few things to note: two of us stayed here and we were only provided 2 bath towels. There wasn’t any hand towels, rags, no towel to put on the floor or a bath mat to step on so we had to step on paper towels so we didn’t soak the floor. There was a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. I read other reviews that basic necessities are lacking and I do feel this is still an issue. Lastly, the first day we booked the airbnb we asked about early check in but the host never responded. We asked again the morning of as I know this depends on cleaning/check outs but the host could not state why they couldn’t accommodate. Overall, we made it work and would stay again, just bring some of our own stuff from home!

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

My friends and I stayed over had an amazing time. Everything is super close had no issues with finding food plus a CVS was right there. I won’t say its super peaceful but I’m sure it is when it isn’t memorial day Weekend. Overall the place had everything you would want. Jimmy made sure to come and hand us beach passes personally. Responded to our calls quick. The price was worth it in my opinion. Had amazing memories.

What a lovely home! My small family had the fortunate opportunity of staying in New Jersey for a month and a half and we decided to stay in Myra’s condo. We were so delighted by how cute this place is! Perfect for a small family and in the great area of seaside heights! We were walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and want to thank Myra for letting us stay at her beautiful home while we took a mini vacay! She had all the amenities a home would need and she even left us a welcoming gift 💝 would highly recommend staying here!

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Very nice and clean home and fit 8 people well. Phyllis was also very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly. Would book again!

We weren't on vacation. Just needed a place to stay while our house was getting renovations. It was very nice, and the location was great for us, as it was very quiet because it was close to the bay area then the busier ocean side. It has everything you could need in the kitchen if your looking to eat at home, and a grocery store less then a mile away. It was great for us.

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Dawn’s place was great! Matched the photos and description, just as advertised. Clean and well-stocked. Phenomenal location just steps from the boardwalk. And Dawn was very proactive, friendly, flexible, and helpful with her communication. Would absolutely come back here!

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

Very clean and excellent location. As in description the outside can use some work but as mentioned that’s an HOA issue but the inside was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable
