Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of my home. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet and large living room. It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The windows are large providing lots of light and fresh air since they face both the east and west sides of the house. The apartment is in a Victorian house built in 1892 which I have been carefully restoring for several years. I live on the ground floor.
