All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
