Houseboat vacation rentals in Scandinavia

Great communication and nice highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful 5 days on Carl's cozy houseboat. Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even though it is close to highway junction. We could easily sleep with open windows. We could put our kayaks in with caution as Carl has made steps down to the water (we actually only found 1 other place in Gothenburg where we could walk in with the kayaks. We enjoyed the boat both inside and out, very inspiring stays.

A fantastic place to stay on the water. We felt very comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the time was way too fast. A coming back is guaranteed and we look forward to next time. There is an absolute recommendation from us.

The houseboat in the Flensburg harbor is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, you feel like you're in another world. It is very spacious, nicely equipped down to the last detail. We enjoyed staying there. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work, unfortunately the problem could not be fixed despite several calls. Otherwise, I can fully recommend the houseboat.

Totally a unique experience staying on a boat house. The location comes with ample parking and nearby to Alesund city art nouveu district.

What a location, the peace, the area really a top location. Here you really feel alone for a while. You don't hear anything and you don't see anything haha. Wonderful surroundings to wake up to. 1 small downside was that you can't shower by the igloo. You can do this a bit back on the property. Nothing else to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't get to Thomas' place because of illness, but everything seemed very nice and he communicated and arranged everything clearly. :-)

Great alternative to hotel

Charming house in a wonderful location, right next to the sea. The views from the living room and the rooms are just gorgeous. During rainy days we loved staying in the house just watching the sea, the mountains and the little houses on the shore. The house has everything you might need. Although the stairs to the rooms upstairs might seem a bit steep at first, you quickly get used to them and we actually ended up loving them, as part of the authenticity and the charm of the house. Absolutely recommendable.

We got an excellent holiday. We recommend for everybody, who likes a some adventure.

We LOVED staying on the boat! I can’t recommend this experience enough. A must do for your Scandinavian experience! I guess you would call it more of a floating hotel room but it was so much more. It was the size of a one bedroom flat with plenty of space and headroom. It was just our little family of three but you could easily get a family of four on there. Located right next to the Opera house in the Gothenburg Little Harbor. It was the perfect location with a bus stop just steps away and less than a 10 minute walk to train station and local points of interest. It’s obviously been used and rented out quite a bit so there is some natural wear and tear on place but plenty of clean linens and access to a washer and dryer close by. Emmelie was accommodating and responsive. An absolute pleasure for our two night stay!

Stylish, relaxing home with easy access to local amenities and transport links. Waterfront views and access to water from the private jetty for a swim a real treat.

Very special place if you want to explore an exciting alternative to just a plain, simple flat!
