The house is located in a quiet residential area with short distance to the store and the sports facility. There are lovely views from the dining room. The house with a little garden and a nice patio.

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

We stood in a lot of houses , but this one is the most well equipped. You can find everything you need to stay in a comfort and even more. The host is hospitable and answer all the questions quickly. The house located in a quiet, private place among the trees, but at the same time not far from Tallinn so you can go there even with taxi. The house is clean and cosy , very warm and comfortable for a small family or a couple.

The house was spotless and warm with clear instructions. Everything had been thought of and we felt very much at home. It was so close to town and the grandchildren spent so much time sledging in the area which has some great places for sledging. Kristian was very helpful and I can see why he is a super host

Roland's place is located in a small village surrounded by nature, surrounded only by snow, woods, squirrels and, at night, by the light of the Boreal Dawn!! It's a super cozy little structure, where you feel like you're at home! Cherry on the cake, fireplace, and sauna! The cleanliness is impeccable and Roland, a nice, friendly and helpful person! We will definitely be back!

Jacob's cottage from the 19th century is a wonderful, simple retreat. It's designed to come to you after strenuous time. No luxury, nothing superfluous, no intrusive media, just an old (disunited) wing, which underlines the silence through its mere presence and at the same time keeps the memory of music awake. The individual equipment (everything you need for self-catering is there), the sight of an old well-kept courtyard opposite, the tall trees and last flowers in the overgrown garden in front of the windows and finally the wide fields around it - for me this was an ideal place to read, write, meditate, and take long beach walks! (The sea is within walking distance.)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kestorp! The house is charming, comfortable and set in a peaceful area. We felt so welcomed with a lovely welcome gift of drinks, sparkling wine, sweets, and more. The villa is beautifully decorated and spotless, with top-notch amenities that cater to every need. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The hot tub was a great addition—we enjoyed it both day and night. The children loved the playroom, filled with games and toys, and the spacious garden with a trampoline and swing. Communication with hosts Roger and Charlotta was excellent—they were always clear, polite, and quick to respond. This is a perfect spot for families or large groups looking for a relaxing, luxurious retreat. We would gladly return anytime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Apartment as expected and positive communication with the host. He was flexible with the check-in and even let us know we could check out a little later if we wished. Note that hot water is limited, so the downside was that only cold water was left for rinsing after I took a relaxing bath. Still 5 stars, because our experience was really good for what we paid, recommended!

The self check in was really convenient and the flat was great! We had a really good time there! :)

Norman's place is very cozy & quite spacey, takes about 7-9 minutes to walk to Old town. There is a very nice park nearby. Grocery stores at walking distance. The house is very close to a street but the apt is still rather quiet, bedroom windows face a garden, so it was peaceful to sleep, also, the bedroom has dark blinds which is very convenient. Living room windows have white blinds. The house seems to have not too many habitants, maybe some 4 apartments overall. In winter many apts have very dry air due to heating but here air humidity was always normal. Full kitchen, only missed a can opener, everything else was available. Bathroom was fine, the floor tends to get bit wet outside the shower area but no problem. Easy to hang clothes and towels there. Kitchen/living room round table can be used both for eating and as a desk. Host was friendly & always responded. Check-in/out was hassle free. I really enjoyed my stay here & would surely recommend it for both shorter and longer stays.

Viktor helped me with my bags, which was very nice of him. The place was beautiful we could see the New Years fireworks from our window. And a walkable distance to the old town. It was kinda hard to walk 6 floors up and down everyday but we got used to it.

Really cozy apartment within walking distance of the city centre, a beautiful park, great restaurants and cafes as well as the university. I loved spending cozy nights in front of the fire and Martin was a fantastic host who was always helpful and responsive. And the bed was super comfy!

It’s the kind of place where you sleep not because you’re tired, but because sleeping feels peaceful. It’s where you want to get lost in 7 books, maybe even write your thesis, watch those movies you’ve put aside, listen to music you never hear on Discover Weekly, sit with messy hair and drink too much coffee (which is also available at the apartment!). It’s where you hear locals at 11am on a Sunday, checking out your car’s wheels and discussing gas prices - and even through the window, you feel they are kind people. Because people in Aizpute in general seem really soulful. There’s a fine line between calling a place “chic vintage” and truly taking care of things - ensuring nothing is broken or dusty - while creating the feeling of “somewhere nice” rather than a USSR-styled stay. And this place is absolutely nice!! 10/10 experience. A polite, friendly and kind host with their heart in the right place. The place was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. Thank you!

Close to the sea and stores

Everything was perfect!

This place really made our trip very special and Janne and Eini were the kindest hosts I have had at an AirBNB. It was wonderful that they included ski passes; it saved us on private ski lessons, rental equipment, and let us use all the lifts and the gondola to get to the top of the slopes or even just to the new Base Heat and Eat. It was a great location that wasn’t too far from local restaurants but secluded enough to not be in the crowded areas. Having the sauna and fireplace and beautiful house was great to unwind from jet lag of our first couple days or fun filled activities later in the week. We saw the Auroras/Northern Lights twice from the house. Once faintly while we were in the jacuzzi and once from the from yard, completely bright and stretched across the sky. It was truly an unforgettable stay.

BEST HOLIDAY EVER! Our stay at Villa Lystikämä was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerised by the stunning surroundings. The villa itself is modern and cozy with lots of Finnish charm. The living area, large windows, and warm fireplace made it the most cosy place to chill after a day of adventure. We loved the hot tub and sauna too. We had an amazing time snowmobiling through the winter wonderland and were even lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights dancing in the sky all around the villa on our last night! Miika is the perfect host, we felt so welcome & he couldn’t do enough for us! He recommended some fantastic local activities that made our trip even more special. We visited his friend’s reindeer farm and the husky safari at Arctic Borealis was our boys’ highlight! Very nice stay for those who love peace and quiet. We very much enjoyed the garden sauna, hot tub, canoe, rowboat, sup. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy reading books and playing games. Juha was always on hand to help us further via messages.

A wonderful house with a great jacuzzi. We felt right at home. The house was clean when we arrived and there were the beds made and towels arranged. Jonathan was very quick to respond to questions. Thanks! The location of the house is optimal for exploring the Varberg region to Gothenburg. We had a lovely time staying at Jonathan's house.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Pirttilä. House is very modern and tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable, everything sparkling clean. The beach sauna is wonderful and we enjoyed swimming in the clean lake. We would love to come back ☺️

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding here and the photos matched the venue well. It was truly a dream location!! The location was lovely and we really appreciated Hanna’s prompt and thorough communication. Our observations on what could use improvement are minor, and we’re confident that Hanna will take them into consideration for future guests and events.
