Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

Conveniently located 2 km from Inari village. If you need fancy accommodation and if you do not enjoy the woods, do not stay here, but if you want to connect to the wildlife of Lapland and immerse yourself to the Lapland's quiet and peaceful pace of life, you will surely love it in our dry log cabin:)

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

Here is the place for 2 people who want to relax, enjoy themselves and enjoy good food. The breakfast basket on the door is a must! View from the bed and short way to toilet and shower. Private Mountain Pub is also available on site. Our SagaFjøl is very popular, a taste of the mountain consisting of cheese and sausage. No dog is allowed in these cabins. You will sleep over a huge round skylight through which you will see the stars and breathe in the fresh air. The cottage is built of straw and clay which makes the indoor climate very good. Take a large shower that can easily accommodate two, possibility to sleep 10 people
