Townhome vacation rentals in Saratoga Springs

Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

Matthew's location was perfect for a walk to ski location. We were able to ski, grocery shop and dine at great restaurants without having to rent a car.

We had a lovely time, it was walkable to downtown and the house was great.

Julia’s place is a must-stay if you’re coming to Park City. It’s spacious, comfortable, and even better than advertised. The shared amenities are a nice touch, like the hot tub right near the unit. We had our toddler with us and she had a pack and play and kids’ dishes we used. It’s centrally located, too! Julia was also super communicative and answered our questions very quickly. I’d highly recommend her place to anyone!

This home was perfect for our Park City stay, convenient for Deer Valley and downtown, and the private hot tub in the beautiful solarium was fun and relaxing!

Great house, great location. Six of us went skiing at Canyons across the street and the location was perfect. Easy to get into town as well.

We’ve stayed in many places in Park City and this townhouse was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the beautiful decor. The bus stop was steps away and made getting to the slopes a breeze. Main Street was an easy walk. For skiing. the garage afforded a great space to unload gear and then just inside the door was a convenient place for hanging clothing and taking off shoes/boots. The hot tub was located in a cute little oasis. We will definitely be back!

Myself and my team of managers that worked 18 to 20 hour days for the Sundance film festival over the last week really enjoyed your home. Everything was clean and very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. We booked at the last minute and hotels didn't have what we were looking for as far as sleeping arrangements. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone got their own bedroom and we had the ability to do our laundry which made packing for travel a breeze. I had lots of questions while we were in the area and Lynn answered them all very quickly, within minutes. We'll likely be back in the SLC area again next year and will definitely check availability of Lynn's place again.

Overall great stay! We didn't spend much time at the airbnb since we were visiting family, but the time we did spend in it was nice. Only thing is I didn't get on the site the whole time we were there and the host did msg me some instructions before we left, but I didn't read them 'till way after we had left. But that was my bad. I'm positive if we had needed anything they would have been quick to reply! Very clear instructions to get in, and it was very nice to have a garage for parking!

Super close to the Park City Mountain base (a few minutes walk to Payday Express lift). The location is close to convenience store (711) and various restaurants so super convenient. We had a group of 6 people in total and fit comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. Perfect for a friends/family skip trip.

Nate's place is in the perfect location for access to skiing and snowboarding in BCC and LCC. The view of the mountains from Cotton Heights never disappoints either.

We had a great start, the home was great and the host was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars.

Robert’s house felt like home for our week. Having a quality place to stay that lived up to the posting and more made our very busy family week so much easier and more enjoyable. We appreciated his support and clear instructions. Would recommend the home and Robert as a host to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We had the best time!! The bunk room was so fun as we were celebrating on a girls trip so having all the besties in the same room was so fun! Lots of room and space was so nice. The porch was the highlight!!! The fireplace was such a fun addition for a drink and laughs with friends

Dori was extremely helpful. Beautiful place, optimal location. And the complimentary rental skis were a pleasant surprise! We had a blast.

Stayed a little over two weeks. Had an amazing time. Hoping to come back next year! As of right now (mid March, 2025), the pictures don't do the home and view justice. The townhome is on the east side of SLC and faces West. You have about 150 to 170 degree view of the mountains across SLC. Amazing stay, especially for the price.

Great location and lots of space to hangout. Host was very friendly and helpful. Please note, If you are sleeping in the master bedroom just know that it is very loud during the night with lots of trucks coming to the industrial site directly behind the townhouse. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

My family came from Mexico for my graduation and stayed in Emily’s Airbnb. The place was beautiful and very homely; my family absolutely loved staying there. Unfortunately, my family disconnected the cameras by accident while trying to connect my dad’s work laptop, and someone from the area complained about my cousins smoking outside. However, Emily was very professional and very polite about it. I felt very sorry about what happened, but she was so understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing host and amazing place!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s place for our annual ski trip. Beautiful place and great location for hitting all of the local ski resorts. Michelle is very responsive and her place is extremely cozy and wonderful to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

We were a group of 8 people and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar is fantastic. The place is super nice, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop is awesome. We enjoyed the views and the fireplace. Courtney was wonderful and answered the few questions we had very quickly. Another plus is that the place is only like 17 minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to SLC in the future.

Steve's immaculately cared-for home was the perfect base for our family ski trip. Clean, tidy, warm and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, and super handy mud room for storing all our ski gear. The easy walk to the Cabriolet lift meant that we were on the slopes just a few minutes after leaving the house. And the unit's private hot tub was a luxurious way to end the day! Steve was a wonderful host - friendly and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. He provided clear instructions for everything in the house, as well as recommendations for transportation around Park City - super helpful! Excellent host and house: we would definitely stay here again.
