Really enjoyed staying at Tisha's place, wish we had been able to spend more time there. Beautiful house with great indoor and outdoor spaces.

One of the best hosts ive had the pleasure of staying with! They were so accommodating and even notified us that we could check in early if we got into town sooner, which was super nice! I would definitely stay with them again.

The hosts were extremely responsive and quick to respond. We had to adjust our reservations due to an emergency, and they were very helpful and worked with us making it stress free! The home was lovely and modern, and extremely convenient to local shops, grocery stores and restaurants (and in walking distance). I recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable home with gracious hosts!

We stayed at Mark’s for three weeks and had a wonderful stay. It was well appointed for a long stay that felt like home. The neighborhood was an easy 30 minute walk into the plaza along the river path, but also a quick 5 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great place! Leah's place is stocked with everything you could need for a short or a long stay. The location also worked out really well for us. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Myra’s place is a bit off the beaten path- far enough to be peaceful but still only maybe 12-13 minutes from the plaza or the farmers market which is absolutely wonderful. The home itself is laid out well, very clean and well stocked in terms of pantry items. Beds are comfortable, showers are near futuristic, water is nice and toasty. It is a townhome that is attached to another, but not in a way that interrupts your privacy or anything. We never even knew there were neighbors except for them pulling their car in at night because it’s a shared lot for both units. Above the awesome stay, Myra is an awesome host. She reached out to make sure we got checked in and followed up the next day to verify everything was in perfect order, which was a really nice touch. We had a group of several people with several pets, and Myra was very kind/accommodating which is something I saw less of than I expected from hosts here in Santa Fe. Overall, 11/10 recommend!

There were 12 of us, my family, my sister's family and my niece's family. Our youngest member is 2. This house was perfect for us. The house was thoughtfully put together. Plenty of bathroom, pool and kitchen towels. Three livings areas and several outdoor spaces. We never felt crammed together. There were appropriate toys even for the 2 yr old. Lots for the older kids to do too. A couple of our teenagers skipped a day of going into Santa Fe because they were having do much fun at the house. Kitchen was well appointed and although not a huge amount of counter space, we had no problem cooking meals for the 12 of us. I also loved that the checkout procedures were easy and quick. We would love to go back anytime. I should also add that William was great and answered my messages in less than a minute.

Erika and Rudy were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and welcoming, and great at communicating. They were even quick about fixing a light switch between guests. The place itself was spacious and clean. Very peaceful and private. The patio, especially, was a great place to enjoy coffee and watch the birds or to sit out in the evening to watch the sunset and look at the stars. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, near a food market and some local shops and restaurants, and only about a 15 minute drive into the plaza. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here the next time I’m in Santa Fe.

Michele and Alex’s place was wonderful! When we arrived there was even a bowl of water waiting for our pup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The home exceeded our expectations—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We also tried two of their recommended restaurants, and both were amazing. We took an evening walk on the nearby trail, and it was so peaceful, perfect for stargazing. We’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time we’re in Santa Fe!

We stayed here for a week, and would have stayed longer if it was available. The space is small but very thoughtfully laid out with more amenities than some Airbnbs we’ve stayed at that were three times the size. I’m almost six feet tall and was worried the low ceilings in the loft would bother me, but they really weren’t a problem. The skylight at the top of the staircase is one of those thoughtful elements, making it easy to transition from the high ceilings downstairs to the low upstairs. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, with lots of local knowledge they’re happy to share. And the location is great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the best spots in Santa Fe.

The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean - - the photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well appointed. The owners were very good at providing us with all the necessary information to make our stay pleasant to the point that we did not have a need to reach out to them at any time. We felt right at home and would most definitely stay there again. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Disclaimer: I’m *very* persnickety. So, if you observe the finer details like me, this is the review for you! Of the many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, Courtney & Shaun’s is the first that actually exceeded my expectations. Not only is it even better than the photos, every single detail + amenity is thought through. From the moment you walk in the front door, your experience is perfectly curated. The subtle aromatics that calm you, the gift tote with local goodies, the immaculate cleanliness. Comfortable seating everywhere. For comfort, you have candles and diffusers, a hatch white noise machine, shower spray, linen bedding atop comfortable beds. For cooking, you have high end cookware (SO rare in an Airbnb!) and fantastic appliances. There’s even a water filter and electrolyte packets for hydration. For work, not only is there a dedicated desk, but it also possesses the finer details, like a computer stand for your laptop. There is no stone left unturned in this Airbnb. Highly recommend!

My dearest friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Ranchita, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how tastefully decorated every room was- elegant, warm, and inviting with thoughtful details throughout that made the space feel both special and comfortable. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect retreat for a group of friends looking to slow down and reconnect. The outdoor areas were a highlight- beautifully landscaped with cozy seating areas that offered breathtaking views. Whether it was morning coffee with the sunrise or an evening glass of wine under the stars, the setting couldn't have been more perfect. This home is a gem, and we can't recommend it highly enough. It's ideal for anyone looking to unwind in style, surrounded by beauty and tranquility.

Great place, great location and Cheryl was very responsive and helpful. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Hoping to be back in Santa Fe in November and will stay here again if it's available.

Had a great stay at Seth's place (Unit C). The unit was very clean and nicely set up with a very comfortable bed and cool sheets. The shower and bathroom in unit C are large and spacious and has great water pressure for an amazing shower! Would have been great to have a fan in the living room to get the air circulating better (the ac vent is hidden under the rug) after a long day walking around Santa Fe in the sun. There was a bit of street noise since the bedroom window is so close to the street, cars sounded like they were running the stop signs all evening, but we managed to fall asleep quickly and it didn't bother us much after. There is an ice machine and W/D on site which is nice, it's a new unit so very efficient and easy to us (W/D is in a small closet in the foyer to units A and B). Google maps doesn't take you to the exact location so we ended up driving around the block to finally get to the correct address. 9/10 overall!

The space was perfect for what we needed. Actually bigger than I was expecting considering the studio description. The views are unbelievably beautiful; when you are done hiking or trying the food in town, this stay is the perfect spot to regroup, and enjoy the amazing views of the "cerros" with a cold drink on the porch area. Not only will I be recommending Santa Fe to all my friends, but I will be recommending this stay in particular. No notes, 10/10

Such beauty and tranquility! Stunning view from comfortable patio. The house was immaculate; complete with everything one could need. Furnishings and art work made everything first class! We would love to revisit.

This super-clean and comfortable, tiny home is extremely well-maintained and centrally located to the local attractions, retail areas, urgent cares, pharmacies, museums, cultural areas, parks, and more. Take day-trips from Santa Fe to Albuquerque, Taos, Historic Route 66, National Monuments, scenic byways, and MORE. Afterwards, return to the comforts of having an immaculate kitchen and bathroom, grill, patio, and private parking space. We will return to John’s tiny home again and use the location as a pivot point for our leisurely explorations of the immediate areas and beyond.

We spent 2 weeks in Lisa‘s house and we enjoyed our time there very much in particular the privacy and the peace and quiet. The listing’s fotos describe the house very well , so no surprises. It is well equipped, we had everything we needed. The parking before the house is very convenient. Check in/out is super easy. Communication with Lisa is efficient , friendly and very helpful. We would book Lisa‘s house again.

Great space for my youngest son coming down with me to see his brother. Close to things to do in Santa Fe. Looked just like the listing, very comfortable and decorated nicely. Wish there was a pen so we could sign the guest book. We will rebook when we come to New Mexico.

Authentic adobe charm right off Canyon Road. Very private and peaceful yet Santa Fe galleries, restaurants, museums, and shops within walking distance. Louanne greeted me with fresh flowers and half n half for my coffee soon after I arrived and made me feel right at home. I took the place for a week to do a solo writer's retreat by day, fun with friends at night, and this studio was perfect for me. Indoor and outdoor spaces to work in comfortably, good wifi, and lots of interesting things to do when I needed a break. Highly recommend.
