Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Julia was an above and beyond host, making us feel welcome at all times. The place was wonderful: well-prepared kitchen, great natural lighting, comfortable beds, ample and comfortable. ACs on every room were a big plus during the SoCal heat! Plus a cute small patio in the back. We felt right at home and would love to be back. Location is also unparalleled--Altadena is truly beautiful

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

What a beautiful, restful, spacious guest house Maureen & her husband have created! Lovely amenities, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed!!!! We slept so well!!! The instructions were detailed and helpful, and we felt right at home, coming and going as needed. We highly recommend!!!!

Stayed three times while visiting our son at APU. Just sad that he’s graduated and not sure when we’ll be back from Michigan.

Fantastic hosts who were proactive, made us feel at home, and were very generous—stocked kitchen upon arrival and they let us borrow boogie boards and beach toys. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach or Main St or Abbott Kinney.

Cara's place was just as described. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We took our kids to the nearby playground and then walked to a bakery about a third of a mile away. There was a Trader Joes and a Bristol Farms within a 5 minute drive. The place itself was what we expected and needed for our short stay. We were in town for an event so didn't spend much time there, but we were comfortable. There were lots of kid's toys and fun books to be read.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great stay, great price, great host, would stay again

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo's house, which was not only beautiful but also felt like home. The house was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, and its cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a couple. The neighborhood was very safe, with no parking issues, and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. We're grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

The guesthouse was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything one could need and more. Plus the private patio, quiet neighborhood, and the best Indian restaurant down the street. So many thoughtful details can be found throughout the property, the host and home were everything one could ask for. It was truly a treat to stay here and I would love to stay again.

This place is amazing! Clean and cozy, with an immaculate patio area for unwinding. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and clubs, but far enough away that we couldn’t hear the sounds of nightlife. Its central location also made it easy to ride share to many different LA hotspots. Lauren is also a fantastic host. She was always available, accommodating, and a genuinely wonderful human being. We highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home and the perfect place for a short or long stay. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely try to find this place again. I absolutely loved it!

Oleg and Marina were very welcoming and made helpful adjustments for my late lcheck-in and check-out! The place itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is epic . Various supermarkets are close by and the fact that it didn’t have a washer & dryer was no big deal at all as they directed me to laundromats near by. Since losing my home in the Palisades fires - this was a comforting temporary home in beautiful Santa Monica. Thank you!

Cannot recommend a stay at Ryan's property enough! Response times were so quick and friendly. I was even sent a welcome packet and constantly made to feel comfortable. This location is so lovely and close to so many different areas. The full kitchenette was such a great bonus! Would absolutely love to stay again, thank you!!

Stayed here for a weekend to see a concert out in Hollywood, great place to stay and a short drive to all the tourist points. Place was well stocked, shower was lightly stocked with only shampoo and conditioner but i always pack travel sized ones so that wasn’t an issue for any of us. Loved the sun room, would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including coffee. Robert was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It's location in a quiet neighborhood near West Hollywood was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Robert!

Yuval's place was a great (and affordable!) option for the Calabasas/Malibu area. The space was clean and seemed newly renovated. Although there were a few things that could have used maintenance (e.g. our bathroom faucet had no cold water), overall we found the place comfortable and well worth the price given that we were able to bring our dogs with us on this trip!

We love Norma's guest house. It is very nice and clean. Also, you feel very welcomed when you arrive and the place is pretty safe in LA. The surrounding area is amazing, lots of food and shopping areas. We feel home during our stay. Norma is so friendly and nice. She gives us lots of tips on shopping and restaurants! We will definitely come back again in the future!! Highly recommend place!

Loved staying at Tammy’s place! This was a perfect airbnb we wished we could move in! Tammy provided so much. All of the cooking items and many spices. Bathroom came with all toiletries. The ac and electric fire was sooo nice and romantic!! We absolutely hated that we had to leave. The star jasmine outside was EVERYTHING!

Nancy To’s place was perfect for our stay. Very easy to find, and in a safe neighborhood. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our group, and the accommodations were above our expectations! Very clean as well. We definitely recommend this place 100%
