Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Barbara Downtown

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Place is cozy and in a great area. James is a great host - very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! The entire complex was recently renovated, and this unit specifically was beautifully remodeled with high-end finishes and furnishings. It feels like luxury boutique hotel! An assortment of complimentary snacks and beverages was a thoughtful touch, and on Sunday, we enjoyed the free on-site yoga. The hosts seem to have thought of everything to elevate the experience. The location is a peaceful neighborhood that’s an easy 10-15 minute drive from Santa Barbara’s central attractions.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located in town. Made it easy for walking around and enjoy the town. Would definitely stay again and would recommend as a must stay place.

Great place with amazing views would definitely stay again! Only consideration is it might not be great for more than 3-4 people. As you are directly above another unit, it’s easy to disturb them with noise (we were group of 5).

Super dreamy! Spacious and super clean. The location is the best in SB! 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the funk zone and State Street. The back yard patio was incredible. With Sonos speakers, multiple heaters and fire pit, and large dining table, we had the most amazing and private dining experience amidst SB’s charming architecture and well landscaped setting. The hosts were very prompt to our inquiries and accommodating to our requests. Both bedrooms feel like master suites, each with their own en suite bathroom and shower. The parking was easy with 1 off street and 1 parking permit. The kitchen had all the wares and equipment you need for gourmet cooking experiences. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Landon and Evie’s place was a perfect little get away. We enjoyed staying there, perfectly located near all the little restaurants and 15mins from the beach. Really ideal. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home in Santa Barbara! Love the master suite area below for our friends with a baby. The house was comfortable, beautiful and in the perfect location. Only minutes away from the Funk Zone, beach, and restaurants. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a lovely stay at Courtney and Jon's place! It was the perfect spot for our family. Just a short drive to the beach and restaurants in downtown Ventura, and the backyard was a peaceful spot to lounge and play with our toddler. We especially appreciated the touches for families: a select of great books and toys really helped keep our kiddo entertained without us needing to bring so much of our own stuff from home. When we ran out of toilet paper on the last day and couldn't find any spares, Jon had some dropped off on the porch for us within the half hour. Very responsive and considerate hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Agota's place in Ventura. It was about 15-20mins to Ojai and a nice drive in. We really enjoyed the decor, the pool, and the home altogether. An excellent stay, would highly recommend!

Beautiful, location. I highly recommend. Clean well decorated exquisitely equipped two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs with a wonderful kitchen. We felt right at home. One of a kind location

Loved this home !! It’s in such a great location. Completely walkable to downtown and beautiful cozy environment. Amy was so wonderful in providing recommendations while also creating a private space for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbra.

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

Heather was by far one of the most gracious, kind, and communicative hosts we've ever experience on any home sharing/rental platform in the last 10 years. Her place was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home, plus extras. The thought put into her home, making sure we were comfortable, and generally making us feel welcome was above and beyond. From cozy blankets, a beautiful tea and coffee selection, luxury bath and kitchen products, to very personalized recommendations based on my profile, our stay at Heather's couldn't have been any more wonderful. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation with friends...and even letting me back in after check-out when I left my phone inside. :)

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Lara’s place is fabulously charming and in a perfect location. The casita is very clean and well-appointed. Lara is very thoughtful with what she provides her guests, especially the delicious homemade sourdough boule that greets you! The knives are sharp and the bathrooms spotless. The casita is walking distance to State Street, the beach, Funk Zone, everywhere you want to go! Lara is very responsive and kind. We will definitely return and look forward to it. Thank you, Lara!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
