Cute and cozy 800 sq ft guest house on the property of one of the original colony homes! Just a half mile to Atascadero Lake and under two miles to downtown Atascadero. Only a 20 min drive west to Morro Bay, south to SLO and north to Paso. Close to hwy 101 for easy access. An elementary school sits across the street so you may hear an occasional bell.
