Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Salt Lake County

Debbie extended kind hospitality to our group and provided her beautiful home for our group of friends. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Comfortable place, within 30 minutes of Alta/snowbird for skiing. Clean, nice kitchen, comfortable couch. The mattress in the bedroom (one of the non-masters) wasn’t very comfortable, and some of the kitchen ware (like skillets and stuff) could have been a little nicer. Overall worked great for our ski trip!

We loved our stay! We will defiantly stay there again. Supper close to shopping and restaurants. very nice accommodations. short walk to the local park and very friendly neighborhood.

Nice basement space in a quiet neighborhood. Nice and close to main roads into the city and into the mountains.

Bruce is the best! We have another place we usually stay at when we come info town, but this trip it was not available, so we stayed at Bruce's as a secondary option. Well, this may be our new 1st place stay. Honestly Bruce is so generous. My teen kids said they liked this place because it felt so homey. We needed a new light bulb in the bathroom (because there were several of us girls getting ready for my son's wedding). I asked Bruce if he had one since it seemed like a special size. next thing I know. not only is the bulb replaced, but now I have an additional light in the bathroom to help with the makeup we were doing! He was so kind and friendly. His cute dog Sadie is precious too. it's a great location. perfect size. it has everything you need (and more that you didn't think you'd need and turns out you do). Great great stay. We WILL be back!

Kevin & Staci’s place was a home away from home for us while visiting for a festival. It was clean, spacious, and had more amenities offered than most AirBNB listings that we’re accustomed to. Kevin & Staci were very accommodating and hospitable and made sure we had everything we need to have a great trip. Would definitely stay here again!

We hosted a women's leadership retreat at this property and the location was absolutely stellar—peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The house itself had great space for group gatherings and felt like a true getaway. Were there a few hiccups? Yes. But here’s the real win: the hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to address every concern quickly. That kind of service makes all the difference. In the end, the warmth of the host and the overall experience made our stay memorable. We’d absolutely return—and recommend it to others looking for a beautiful spot with attentive hosts who genuinely care.

My stay was fantastic! The place was very comfortable, clean, and in an unbeatable location—within easy walking distance to great restaurants, a supermarket, and shops. Suzi was so kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and easy trip. One of the best parts was the beautiful park just down the road perfect for morning walks, especially since the place is dog-friendly which was a huge plus for me. The host was awesome super friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I had a question. You can tell they care about their guests having a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay. Five stars all the way.

We loved staying at Stans place! It exceeded our expectations and the pool was absolutely beautiful and so refreshing on a hot day! Stan made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway!

This AirBNB was just right for my one night stay to attend Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival. It was super close to the venue and not too far from the interstate. The AirBNB was clean and had the necessities. The bed was soft. I liked the modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The price was affordable and cheaper than a hotel I was looking at. I would stay again.

Highly recommend Jenna’s place! It’s super well located—about a 5 minute drive to downtown (or nice longer walk if you’re into that), and there are e-bikes available on the same block. If you’re coming to hit the slopes, it’s central spot for accessing all the ski buses and makes for a great long term stay. Jenna’s also really responsive and easy to get a hold of if anything comes up. Overall I’m really happy with my stay

This place was really cute and felt like home. Kristin was super accommodating and friendly. She went out of her way to have the space ready for us when we had to book last minute. Would definitely recommend. :)

Great stay. I’ll always be sure to recommend it. The location is very nice. It’s peaceful and at the same time lots of things to do and walk around. The apartment is very comfy and it has all what you need. Oliver’s has been always communicating in time and correctly. Thanks of receiving me!

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

We really enjoyed our time at Jim's condo in Solitude Village. Jim is very responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and a friendly person. The condo was exactly as it was described and the pictures representing it. No surprises or any shortcomings. It has all you need for an enjoyable stay, it is furnished tastefully and with comfortable furniture and beds, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay with a fully adequate kitchen cooking/dining supplies. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodations. Ideal location and Jim is a superb host! 5 Stars!

The Canyons Village is lovely. Parking was super duper easy. We loved the heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too. The condo was very clean and nice. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off putting. And the curtains were not light-darkening which was not conducive to sleeping in later. We loved the robe and nice towels (& towel warmer.) We also loved the dedication to being eco friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at Austin’s place in Solitude. He (and his brother) are great hosts - kind, easy communication, proactive. The place is comfortable for 4 although not huge. The main bedroom is clean and cozy and the ‘bunk room’ is small but suitable for two children/teenagers. We enjoyed the living room, fireplace and TV as well as the stocked kitchen. We cooked there a couple of nights and there were plenty of condiments, oil, spices, etc along with great cookware. Solitude itself is a wonderful resort and Austin’s condo is in the same building as the Club so easy access to the hot-tub/pool complex and the game rooms. The walk to the slopes is super easy and we enjoyed the restaurants in the Village as well. Great experience, would rent again!
