Such an amazing place. We slept with the slide bedroom door open to hear the frogs in the pond and waves crash on the rocks. It was very clean and comfortable with updated decorations. Walking across the street to the Village for things at the market and eating the Chinese restaurant was convenient. I would definitely come back. The only thing ( my fault) I thought I was 20 minutes each way to Carmel by the Sea and Monterey but it’s 20 miles (40 min) to either. But the awesome fruit and vegetable stand you drive by is amazing!!!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Really nice place, we greatly enjoyed it. Everything we needed was available and the host was very easy to work with even though we had some unexpected changes.

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

We highly recommend this place! It was maybe a 1 minute walk to the beach, a restaurant, sandwich shop (with homemade ice cream bars), and little corner store for alcohol and packaged food. The balcony, which is connected to the upstairs living room, overlooks the beach with a table and a BBQ. The house was very clean, easy to check-in using the keypad combo, and overall as expected from the listing. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacay spot!

Wonderful space! Comfy, charming, well appointed, clean. Specifically, an extremely comfortable bed. Perfect for a single person or couple, with walking distance to the beach. Andrew and Teyara were flexible and communicative. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful place. The home fit all of our needs and was in the perfect location. Unfortunate we were told last minute about the construction to the rock wall on the ocean side, so we were not able to experience a true “beach front” vacation. Construction started right at 6:30am. The host was however very accommodating and did offer a last minute cancellation or 25% off our stay. We chose the 25% discount due to it being our spring break and did not want to cancel on our kids. I’m sure as soon as the construction is done it’ll be a perfect spot again. Would love to go back!

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

This place makes you want to quit your job and live here permanently. Be sure to bring your camera to take some magazine quality pictures of the ocean/beach. For an off grid place it’s surprising that all the creature comfort things you can think of were available 24/7. A cozy and toasty furnace heating system, hot water shower, cooler, oven, fridge, hi speed internet, real flushing toilet, kitchen with all dishes and cooking tools, pizza oven, bbq grill, fire pit, coffee, milk…you name it and it’s there. There were five of us and movie night inside the airstream with all of us chilling in the beds converted out in the living room was an experience we will never forget. We will be back this year again before summer ends.

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay and the beautiful views. The layout and housing was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only issues we had was that it was close to the freeway so you could hear the cars sometimes. The place is very easy to find and to get to. The only thing that may have helped was having pot holders for using the oven. Definitely follow the instructions to turn on the fan and open the window when using the stove because the fire alarm is close to the kitchen. These are really minor things. I would recommend others stay here and would have loved to stay longer otherwise.

Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages. A wonderful stay.
