The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved using the hot tube every night to relax after work. Definitely would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

What a great spot for our visit. It had everything we needed and more! Ana is awesome as a host! Even delivered fresh eggs from her chickens. We enjoyed the outdoor areas and pool! So relaxing after a busy day. I cannot recommend this home enough. We will be back. My granddaughter says it’s her Texas home💕

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions, making check-in seamless. It was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and the little thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and local recommendations was warming. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos, with plenty of space and cleanliness. We spent a few pleasant days with the family and enjoyed the jacuzzi and warm water. The host was always attentive to ensure everything was going well and was willing to help us make our stay enjoyable. He even sent us an instructional video to ensure access to the property was smooth, which is always appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the place, it was peaceful and quiet. very nice neighborhood. I felt secure and at home. it was perfect size for me and my wife. alot of stores close by to get any amenities..it is a nice place and I would stay there again. We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.

Great home away from home for 10 days…great big tv and fast internet, comfortable bed, wonderful instant hot water for showers, nice washer/dryer, fully fenced backyard for dog, filtered water system so no bottled water needed ☺️ Everything was clean and organized! Easy walk to lots of great restaurants and dog friendly patios. Also close to hospitals and easy access to I30 and I35 highways. Owners were very responsive and friendly…saving grace when we needed to extend our stay a few days.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! It's located 5-10 minutes from soooo many fun things in The Colony & Plano areas and 30-45 minutes from other major shopping areas, downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth, so it's a great location for a Dallas getaway. It was so nice for our family of 4 to have the additional space we wouldn't have had in a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to do so. The beds were SUPER COMFY!

Literally the easiest check-in I have ever had at an AirBnB, with an immaculate cleaning job and exact description match. Perfect directions and ease of access while also feeling secure because of the location. The hosts were super communicative and respectful of privacy, very available if we needed something, and had lots of clear indications of how to use different things and what to avoid. Could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

Look no further. The best HOST ever. I was a last minute renter and he accommodated me with no issues. He calls and makes sure you are good and he was the sweetest and funniest person ever. We will be renting again in May! If I could give 100 stars I would. I must say I’m very hard to please so with that being said trust me. He’s LEGIT!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at Birdsong Retreat for a family wedding. It was great for what we needed. However, the neighborhood was run down. Also, the back yard needs to be replanted. There’s no grass as pictured.

This house felt just like home and was very welcoming and comfy. The added alarm system made you feel very safe and at ease. They had all the things you would need and then some. The space was large enough for a large group and the 3 bathrooms were an added plus. The only downside was the low water pressure in some of the bathrooms but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Little Red Kitchen in Grapevine. Our family (adult children, grandson, and dog) drove in from out of state for a wedding. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths worked out perfectly for us, and the fenced backyard was great for the dog. And … the hot tub was great after a long day. Linda was always friendly and responsive when I asked questions. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning walks. And we were 10 minutes or less from the quaint Grapevine Downtown and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute & cozy ! This place has everything needed for a getaway ! Private space & close to shopping /dining etc. Loved the large fenced yard & all the decor. Would def stay here again.

This Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for! it was close to the event we were visiting for and the area was extremely quiet. Loudie was great and accommodated our last minute changes and any other issues we had. Will absolutely be staying here again when we come back next year!

Our stay was amazing! My boys loved the pin pong table. Everything was super clean. We had had everything pretty close restaurants, groceries stores. Jacob amazing host.

We enjoyed our stay, it was great being able to park my truck inside the backyard for extra security and convenience. The backyard was also completely fenced in for the dogs, the inside was nice and clean.

Simply an amazing stay! Home is in a great location, close to everything. The pictures do the home no justice! It’s so nice and cozy! The bed is so comfortable it made me over sleep. V is the nicest! Thank you again! Hope to stay again next time that I visit Dallas

This place was perfect for our family and was kid friendly. The layout of the house was good, my kids enjoyed each of the places in the home. Backyard was clean and inviting. The rooms and beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. We stayed here for a week and did not have any issues at all.

Everything was really good perfect for 1-2 people, i have no complaints, nice comfortable bed, clean bathroom and big nice backyard with seats and a umbrella and being able to park on the property is so nice and hard to find in dallas without spending a lot. I would definitely come here again and it’s close to a lot.

Katie was very responsive, sweet, and accommodating! The place is just like the pictures, very cozy. The backyard is huge! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and even had snacks ready for our arrival and board games in case we got bored. This was my first time ever using airbnb and Katie made it an easy memorable experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
