Welcome! You would have a private (spacious and furnished) room upstairs, a private bathroom downstairs and driveway parking. It's a single family home in a very safe neighborhood. My husband and I live here with our pets. If you are allergic to or do not like cats or dogs, we are not the place for you since both live here. They are very nice and love attention. They are kept out of the extra room though. We're centrally located so you can get to Minneapolis or St. Paul quickly and easily.
