Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing stay. We visited Vero for a wedding weekend and now have made this our once a year vacation home. It is more than 5 stars. Just like the pictures and the host is so responsive and helpful. I 100% recommend this home for you and your family.

From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home! We are locals that live with extended family and had another family member in town. Needed a nice quiet home away from home close enough to my daughter's school, Brandon's place was it! The pool is absolutely amazing and wore our 3 kiddos out for the few days we were there. The lights around the yard are beautiful to see at night and the sound system outside just added to the Florida feel of the backyard set up! I was also impressed by the water pressure in the house! Super clean and comfy. Highly recommend and will keep in mind if we ever need that "home getaway" again! Thanks again Brandon!!!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

My family had a fun time at Drew’s place! The kids loved the pool, pool toys, and floats available. It was a great getaway and glad his place was available for us!

Had an amazing time and enjoyed the stay at KC’s beautiful home. Everything was just as explained and the host kept up with clear and concise communication. The host helped in making my graduation memorable for sure. I will definitely recommend this location for family trips or group getaways!

This spot was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. We were able to spend our weekend lounging by the pool and laying around in the hammocks, relaxing and soaking up the sun. The vibes, immaculate! I never wanted to leave it was just so beautiful. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots of areas inside and outside to relax and gather. I wish we would have stayed another night it was so cute! If you’re someone who likes to take cute pics and photo ops, this is the perfect spot for you. Overall we are so happy with our time spent at this home. The Pink Palms is a perfect place to stay.

This place was fantastic for our long weekend stay with two dogs and our daughter. The location was amazing- just a very short walk to the beach! And right behind two very yummy restaurants, a 7-11 (If we needed anything quick) and a good pizza place as well. The back yard was such a nice amenity for the dogs and it looks like new landscaping was just complete. Very pretty! The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. There were guests staying in both the other units, but the walls were thick we never heard a single other person and there was lots of parking! The outdoor fresh water shower made cleaning off from the beach a breeze. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much for a peaceful beach weekend!

This immaculate, cheerful vacation home was ideal for our family vacation. The parents were able to escape to our private cabana and our teenagers had the main house to themselves. The pool was clean, warm and exactly as described, and the pool area was a mini oasis with bar, TV, lots of beach and pool furniture and toys, and no annoying insects thanks to the screen enclosure. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and we very much appreciated the extra toiletries that were available. The garage area with the new washer and dryer was sparkling clean and full of beach chairs and toys, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a great day at the beach. Although our children are older now, I was also impressed by all the baby supplies (diapers, wipes, etc) left for guests, a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly enjoyed this property! Beautiful home with everything well stocked. Hot water takes a bit to warm up, but worked great after a couple minutes. Less than 5 miles to all the restaurants. Amy was very responsive (pretty much immediate), which is huge. I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning to this Beautiful property!! Also, we didn’t have kids with us, but it would serve well for kids too.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

We are a traveling family and have stayed at many Airbnb's along the east coast. This was by far the cleanest and mist enjoyable property. We very much enjoyed our time at Cocoa Beach. This house is located in a great area. Convient to everything Cocoa beach has to offer. The back yard is indeed a tropical paradise. And it is in my opinion the best feature of the house. You feel like your in the Carribean when you venture out to the back deck. My only complaint, and its minor, is we felt the furniture in the living room was a bit uncomfortable for a bigger family. It looks very aesthetic, but is somewhat impractical for gathering to watch a movie. Overall it was the perfect getaway. And I highly recomend!

Paul was so accomodating to deal with. any time I needed help with anything he was so responsive. I brought many items to use during the month and ended up leaving items because everything was so well equipt. I absolutely love the area and plan on being back next year.

No hyperbole— this place exceeded every expectation. The house is lovely — well appointed, spacious, and well-taken care of. The yard is massive and has tons of seating (AND an indoor patio). Just a wonderful spot!

Let me say, I have stayed in 100's of airbnb's for business and pleasure over the years. This was my 2nd business visit to Val's place and it did not disappoint. This is by far the most pristine place, perfect in every way. Spotless and clear of any clutter. The photo's are exactly what you get. My favorite was a dip in the pool after being on the golf course all day and then later the Jacuzzi tub for some relaxation. For the next 6 months this will be my place on my visits

My family and I came down for a little mini fishing trip and we were 30 minutes away from the lake. We wanted to fish on we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was spotless and well kept it looked like it had been newly remodeled, and we will definitely be returning in the near future for another stay It was only 12 minutes to the beach and the river as well. We had three nights down at the beach, eating at restaurants on the ocean that were fantastic.

I liked the carport for loading and unloading, as well as nice place to park. Bedrooms were large and well laid out. Living room had nice front window and good choice of seating. Excellent laundry room, modern washer and dryer. Kitchen is small and dated, but more than adequate for a place 4 miles to the best beach in Florida, South Vero Beach

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

This was our 4th time staying at Tracy’s. We always have a great stay, beautiful house, very clean and great pool. House is close to everything yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Tracy is very nice and responsive, already booked our next visit.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.
