Vacation rentals with a pool in Rockport

We gave this stay a 5 star review all around! The house was beautiful and SO accommodating! The house was fully stocked with supplies you may have forgotten in travel, they provided beach toys and chairs, etc. They truly thought of EVERYTHING. Check in and Check out was super simple and convenient. The location was great with Rockport beach right down the road. The house had amazing access to the pool. We will definitely be back! It’s everything you want and expect from an AirBnB!

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Great pool overlooking trees filled with spoonbills, deer that roamed the area, and a gorgeous few of the water. Short drive to the beach and we rented a golf cart to enjoy the weather and outdoors. We had a large group of young teens and young adults, there was plenty for everyone to do. Highly recommend.

This house was very beautiful and very spacious, family and I enjoyed our time. Definitely will come back to visit again.

Hands down top 3 Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. The place was clean and felt higher end, the pool was perfect for hot afternoons. Avant was responsive, there was an issue with the deadbolt and they had someone out there that morning to replace it. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. The beach was about a 10 minute walk but we had a golf cart and were there in less than 5 minutes. There’s active construction going on across the street as of May 2025 but it wasn’t an issue for us, aside from some whistles from the workers. They show up at 9 and are gone by 5:30. Noise wasn’t noticeable. I have this place saved for next year when we visit our Texas family. We’ll be back.

Renae’s place is great. It’s a short beautiful walk to a private beach, long pier and separate fishing pond. Renae’s home is exactly like the pictures, very clean and accommodating. Renae is a great host and made it easy with clear communication and instructions. If we come back to Rockport this is the only place we will stay.

the cabin was very clean and cute. the community pool was very clean and well kept. our cabin definitely met our needs and exceeded expectations. the AC was nice and cold in this Texas heat.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The attention to detail in the decor was truly impressive and made the space feel so special. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, and we loved being so close to the beach. We wanted to be close enough to Corpus Christi without all the traffic so it was a perfect location. We would definitely book again! And the kiddos loved the bunkbeds!

This was our 2nd time staying here and again, it was a great time! Close to the water, close to the pool, and super close to local restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion is for the owners of the actual rv resort to put funds to rebuilding the peir. There are other nearby piers, which would work, but it’s just the ease of it all. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back soon. Chris is a super host, friendly, and super understanding! Couldn’t ask for someone nicer and so thorough and thoughtful!

I’ve stayed at Aransas Princess in the past and thought it was beautiful, but “CaraCara” is my new favorite place and far exceeded my expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the home itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like staying in a high-end hotel, but with the cozy charm of a home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved the place! Rose was super helpful with great communication and we felt right at home. The balcony was the best part.

Great condo. Looked like it was recently renovated and was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Owner was readily available. Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent location. We hope to come back next year.

Nice place. Teenage grandson fished every chance he got. He caught 14 fish one day. Only a few were keepers. He was really excited when he caught a 15 1/2 flounder right out the back door. The kitchen had lots of cookware , dishes and seasonings..Everyone had a good time. Thank you..

Great place to stay, easy and close to everything else! Great spot!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Rockport! The property and the home were well kept. We enjoyed having the use of the pool and the fishing pier. We will definitely stay here again.
