The place was very clean and well organized. Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, resturant, and right across from the beach. Tom was a great host being proactive in getting us checked in with clear instructions. Definitely would recommend this location!

It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and had some unique charm. Alex was a clear communicator and easily reachable before & during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed one night and were very comfortable. Will's place was clean, cozy and had everything we could need. The location is perfect, you can walk right over the bridge into Portsmouth's lively downtown in 15-20 minutes! Excellent instructions and recommendations. We definitely recommend Will's place😊

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished with an amazing view of the ocean and the dunes! Even though we had rainy and chilly weather for most of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if the occasion arose. Our hosts were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Super homey and had everything we needed. It was right by the beach as well – it was super easy to get to the water! We loved our stay and would 100% book again!

This was a perfect location- off the main road so traffic noise was not an issue- a view of the beautiful marsh. Plenty of spaces to enjoy together and apart- sitting out on the up stairs deck driving a glass of wine watching the sunset- just spectacular. Great kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Comfortable beds, each couple had their own bathroom. Host who was very responsible ve, offered early check in- later check out which was wonderful. The best stay on Plum Island we’ve had in the many years we’ve been coming here.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to stay for the long weekend. It allowed for a relaxing time to spend with family. Home is spacious but cozy, lovely kitchen, easy short walk to Wallis Sands.

Great lakeside house, exactly as described in the listing. Outdoor space was a nice getaway for us city folks that don't have access to places like this. John and Celeste replied to messages super quickly and were gracious hosts. Would stay again!

The home was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels, linen and beds for a group of 10. The home was spotless and was very comfortable. Anna-Lisa was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for entry into the home, offered lots of recommendations and was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The she shed was a bonus for any mom needing a few moments away.

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great - just beyond the main beach traffic but close enough to enjoy all the shops/restaurants. Loved being able to see the ocean from bed and watching the sunrise from the apartment/balcony.

This was a lovely place to stay, very cute apartment with a killer view. Right on the beach and walkable to many activities and restaurants. Brenda was great, helpful and proactive communication very early on.

Wonderful experience! People watching was a blast while sitting on the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't cook, but there are pots, pans, stove etc. I needed to contact Sumathi and she was very friendly, speedy and cordial. We would rent her condo again.
