If you're considering staying at 16Tulum - don't hesitate, book now! You will be sure to have an incredibly memorable trip and experience in Tulum. We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 14 people. From the moment we booked our stay, Laura and the Travel Experimental team were extremely responsive and helped me out with every little detail - decorations, chef prepared meals, restaurant and beach club recommendations and bookings, yatch reservations and transportation. Upon our arrival, we were blown away - 16Tulum is an oasis all to yourselves. The accommodations are exactly as pictured and pristine. The staff at the house - security/maintenance, housekeeper concierge and chef - were all so inviting, friendly and attentive. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. We felt very comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We didn't want to leave. We will be back!

An amazing property and beautiful home directly on the beach. The amenities of the home are outstanding, especially the pool and backyard space. Marcel and his wife were very communicative, flexible with our check-in, and provided wonderful recommendations for transportation, and most especially, the in-home chef and house keeping service. AMAZING STAY! If you’re looking for a unique experience with an excellent central location within easy access to the beach and to town, this is the place for you! The villa is straight out of an architectural digest dream!! We loved every moment of our stay, the privacy of being surrounded by lush jungle while still only being minutes away from the action is truly a one of a kind experience. We will be back!

Eric and the entire staff at Villa Sha went above and beyond during our stay. We actually hosted a very small immediate family wedding at the villa one evening and the entire staff went above and beyond to not only make our wedding over the top amazing, but they made the entire trip for us and our families a once in a lifetime experience. Eric was my partner in crime in planning this wedding and I could not have done it without his help. The chef went above and beyond for anything we asked for and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to any request we had. We could not have asked for a better vacation, yet alone wedding. I could never in the wildest imagination hope to be cared for as well as the Villa Sha staff did. They truly became like family! We would go back 100 times more!

We had the most amazing time ever! The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly clean, private, and stunningly designed. Best of all is the service and staff. Luisa the concierge went out of her way to schedule everything for us and make sure our stay was exceptional. Bernardo the chef is a truly skilled chef, from delicious breakfasts and lunches to the amazing upscale dinner, we were so pleased. Eduardo the butler provided the most dedicated service in whatever we requested. In general, the entire team was exceptionally dedicated and focused on providing us with the ultimate vacation. I would highly recommend staying in this villa if you are looking for a tranquil luxurious experience in Playa Del Carmen. We hope to come again soon!

It is impossible to put into words the experience and overall hospitality that was provided at Casa Xuul. Victor was the on-site host and quite possibly the sweetest and most helpful person during our trip. He was communicating with us as soon as our plane landed and was waiting for us in the driveway to greet us when we arrived at the house. He unloaded all of our bags and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and all of its features. There was guacamole, chips and a fresh pitcher of drinks waiting for us in the kitchen. The house is stunning. We had a group of 18 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own space. The house was laid out in such a way that you never felt like there was a large amount of people staying there. Every detail was thoroughly thought out. It is one of the few places I have ever been where I can confidently say the photos on the listing don't do it justice. The house was equipped with everything and anything you would need for your stay. If there was anything they did not have, they were willing to get it for you. Victor also assisted in booking transportation, excursions, and in-house services. We had a chef come to the house to cook one of our dinners and it was absolutely incredible. It was our favorite meal of the trip. Victor made it such a simple process to get taxis and reservations set up. There was a cleaning service every other day. They made sure beds were made, towels were cleaned, and any dishes were taken care of. We ran into one minor issue where our first shuttle transport arrived late. The hosts for Casa Xuul were very helpful in communicating with the shuttle company in real time and making sure that we were compensated for the inconvenience. They also went above and beyond themselves and offered us massages in the house. Overall, the stay was incredible. The home itself would have made the trip unforgettable, but the hospitality from Victor and the remote staff was an added bonus that made everything about our trip easier and gave us the peace of mind that we were using reputable and safe companies for all of our transportation and excursions. Five stars. 100/10. Absolutely unforgettable.

Beautiful spacious place. Walking distance to beach and to 5th Ave. Fernando was a great host. Very responsive and checked in every day to ensure we were comfortable.

The villa was incredibly gorgeous, very spacious, and super clean! we love it! the decor was simple and elegantly beautiful. the pool in the back was perfect! it was next to other villas but private enough we felt like we were secluded.

Not sure what to say about this place- the best option ever for Playa. Thanks for having my family and I!
