Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Riviera Maya

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what you can see, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an Axxo very close by and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen (Chedraui). There are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend Playa 88. In general, everything was fine, both Christian and Mrs. Lulu were attentive and kind with some questions I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

Very clean. Has everything we need. It was only for one night before the returning flight, but it was absolutely the best night we had for this trip! Highly recommended!

Luis was a great host, we arrived very late, he waited for us and offered to help if we needed anything. The house was clean and very functional. He offered to help us because we have a reservation that was canceled, he offered to help us order food. He also gave us suggestions for excursions. You can go there without a problem, everything is great. We recommend it. If we go back to Cancun, I'll go back to Luis'!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Formidable and comforting experience with my family. It is a house that has everything and Eduardo is always attentive and hospitable.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

What a great place in a lovely neighborhood. La Valeta is so fun to walk through. My family felt safe and welcome. The hosts were immediately responsive and grilling on the roof terrace was spectacular!! Highly recommend.

Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

Very nice communication with the friendly hosts! The room was as described and we liked it very much. The cooking facilities are also great. There is a great view from the roof terrace. It invites you to linger with the furniture and hammocks. Somewhat light-sounding, but overall a very good value for money of the top central and close to the sea room. This a spacious, clean and comfortable place in a great location with good coffee, food and the beach nearby. Mahaché, Al Natural and the Isla Café are within a couple minutes walk on your street. Groceries, shopping and ice cream shops also right in the neighborhood. Zanda is a fine host; she is just a phone call away and often on the property. Already we look forward to returning.

This has been by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Location, interior design, practicality, views, amenities, secured, it has everything you need to make your stay a wonderful one and feel like you’re at home. A few steps from Quinta Avenida, you’re a short walk from all the eateries, coffee shops and the beach. Hosts were amazing. They even have a full brochure with guidelines, recs and even a little bit about them. It was a very nice touch. I’d def stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Unbeatable, the perfect place, quiet, safe, the beautiful apartment, with all the amenities, the excellent parking, the host always cared for us, upon our arrival we found a welcome card, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine. marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

The place is just blocks away from all the action. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay in Playa. We had a really good time, overall. The host is very responsive to any issues and also to provide useful information.

This was one of the best equipped Airbnb that I have stayed at. The location was perfect and it was great to have people around to help with anything to do with the condo or just ideas of what to do.

My mom and I stayed at Carmen’s condo in Cozumel and it was perfect! Just south of San Miguel, it was close enough to town we could run in for a quick dinner but far enough away to avoid the crowds. It’s right across from the popular money bar beach club so we always were just steps away from the beach and snorkeling. Inside, the bed was very comfortable and the blackout blinds made sure we got a great night sleep. The condo was spotless and very secure, with a guard who monitors who comes in and out of the front of the building. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, close to 5 avenue, close to night life and restaurants. Only downside, the internet is slow and does reach all the rooms and upstairs floor properly. Other than awesome place to stay, definitely coming back to this place in the future
