House vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

everything well tidy and clean comfortable hairs. some details like any other rent... for me that I have children. be very careful with the armchair since it is beautiful but it gets dirty something easy to have children. in the same way we pay the host for the cleaning of these armchairs which obviously corresponded and everything was ok.

Stayed here for 4 days and we felt that the house was clean, well-maintained space with a relaxing atmosphere and tasteful decor. It’s the perfect spot for unwinding, with friendly hosts and a peaceful environment. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway!

The house was absolutely perfect. David was flexible with checkin time to accommodate flight schedules . The pool was a wonderful added feature. Also, the location was perfect.

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

Casa Sora was such an amazing house! We had a wonderful time with the entire place. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is large. The backyard is fantastic with the BBQ area and the pool. The deck on the top is fantastic. Even each of the bedrooms were great! I highly recommend staying here and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We had a fantastic time. Victor was always very responsive and even got us in a bit early. Thank you!!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Our group of 11 had an incredible stay! The hosts were amazing—super responsive and went above and beyond to help us set up everything we needed, from a boat rental to a cake. The house itself is gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and every bedroom felt like a retreat. It was the perfect spot for our bachelorette getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem just outside of downtown area. Super cute!! Looks exactly like the photos!! The bed linens and pillows were very nice and comfy! They supply a nice amount of towels for the stay as well as for the pool. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked perfectly and were welcomed on the hot days! Communication was fast and helpful with any questions we had!! Very convenient to everything. 10 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to most beach clubs. Downtown is easy to walk to and there are many great restaurants. There is a grocery across the street with a taxi stand. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!!

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

Myrna's villa is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen and backyard were perfect for our group to spend quality time together. Playacar beach is a short walk and 5th is close enough to be walkable, but far enough for the grounds and community to be peaceful and relaxing. Wristbands made it convenient to enter and exit the gated community whenever we needed to. The variety of wildlife in the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Myrna's flexibility with checking in and out as well as responsiveness to a plumbing issue was swift and extremely appreciated. Don't hesitate to book this villa!

A very cozy, private, and unique home (with a casita, plunge pool, and tree house out back!) in the middle of Isla Mujeres. The space is very welcoming and allows for you to escape the crowds with your own backyard oasis. The location is good - near local restaurants, a large grocery/big box store - but relatively far from either end of the island where most of the "touristy" stuff is. I'd definitely recommend you make use of the bikes to explore as we did or rent a golf cart (very common on the island) if you really want to get around. Gary was a great host - super responsive - and Felix, his man on the ground, was also lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

Great place! Totally recommended! It was our little oasis in Tulum. You do need a car ideally, but we also rented bikes. It is a safe gated community, which is reassuring, Tulum being Tulum;) Lots of great design details and well equipped house. There is no sun on the garden/pool though, which is probably by design as there is lots of sun outside of your accommodation;) lovely beds as well, slept off our jetlag pretty well.

Xoch’s house is an incredible hidden gem - hacienda style with lots of warmth and an impressive art collection. Xoch was super responsive and helpful and had a great team onsite to help with cleaning / day to day maintenance.

We stayed here as a family reunion - three kids (6,4,1) and four adults. It was excellent! Felt very safe since it's inside the resort but you could walk around and with paying for passes at Casa Club, you could easily access the resorts (our favorite was Tulum because of the water park for kids plus beach). We loved the ability to jump between doing a resort day and all of the other amazing activities around like Xel Ha, Aktun Chen, the gorgeous Kay Beach resort etc. The best was for all us to be able to all stay in the same house, hang out in the living room. Host was very communicative. The instructions need updating, as I don't believe there is an actual key anymore, only the keypad. But we figured it out pretty easily and everything worked perfectly.
