Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Riverside

I had a great stay at Tony’s unit for a last minute booking, with easy confirmation and flexible check in options. The unit is spacious with a nice south-facing view through giant windows. The bed was comfortable (though slightly springy), shower was spacious with good pressure and kitchen and bathroom had all the appliances needed for my stay. Building access is a little complicated (multiple gates in underground parking, manual code for building entry, different manual code for elevator, a third manual code for the unit itself, and no fobs for the last three) but this is a building issue, not reflective of the hosts. Tony and Artem gave very detailed instructions with photos ahead of my arrival so there were no questions on access. Neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s quiet at night but still close driving distance to freeway and other destination neighborhoods. There’s also a great plant store right next door if you have the space to take them with you while traveling.

The activities that came with the apartment were amazing and the apartment room itself is honestly quiet, friendly and peaceful me and my partner enjoyed our stay here !

This area is great. So close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Orange has fabulous restaurants and it’s a great area. My daughter lives out there so I am always excited to go. It’s nice to have a home away from home. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Marks gorgeous apartment. The building itself feels like a private haven off the main roads, it’s within walking distance of shops and the Marina and only a 10 minute drive from Venice beach. The private designated parking space was great and although we didn’t use it, the pool and shared spaces looked lovely. The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, we felt right at home! We would not hesitate to rebook and visit again. Thanks so much Mark!

Cozy and comfortable place. Matched the photos. I had to adjust my arrival date and Maxime took a little longer to respond once. Every interaction was very quick and helpful. The instructions, videos and photos were spot on so follow them precisely. The apartment was very clean and airy. I love to cook and was very happy with the utensils and cooking pans. There was even seasoning available to use. There was a Whole Foods a 10 mins walk away. The neighborhood is on the rebound and I didn’t feel unsafe. You can drive or walk around. I would definitely stay again.

George’s place was a great place to stay while visiting Disney. Pros: - everything is on one floor on the first floor so you don’t have to lug luggage up stairs - very close to Disney. Less than 10 min drive - George is a good communicator and will get back to you with answers quickly - garage connects to apartment which made loading and unloading easy and we were able to fit a Honda odyssey.

It was great and worked out perfectly for what we needed it for.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay in one of their units. Clean, well equipped, and has character! I enjoyed the Hollywood glam theme of this apartment. Terrific location for visiting my daughter at college and for enjoying the fantastic restaurants in the Arts District. Thanks again!

Great place to stay, would recommend it to others traveling to the area

My Fiance and I came out here to celebrate their birthday, along with few of our friends. The airbnb had so much to offer. I loved how everything around us was close by. You could literally take a 5 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition, our host Christian was always attentive and polite. Whenever we had a question about anything, his speedy response was always appreciated. I will definitely be coming back, so I can enjoy more of the airbnb and it's surroundings. We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

Justin's place is a true oasis. Great location- less than a ten minute walk to the main street. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I would stay here again.

Dale was friendly yet professional. The place suited our needs well. There were a couple of minor issues that I messaged Dale about and he was responsive and remedied them in a timely manner, which I appreciated. He was timely re: all correspondence, actually. I recommend.

We loved staying in Angela’s bungalow. We needed a place to stay while visiting family and this was perfect. Angela was a wonderful hostess. She greeted us with refreshments when we checked in, had an assortment of snacks and drinks in the unit, and even brought us cake on our last night. It felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of each day when we returned to the house. Our favorite part was Angela’s rescue dog, Bailey. She is the sweetest little dog. Since we love animals we would leave our door open and Bailey would make a daily visit for lots of snuggles and pets. We would definitely love to return when coming back to visit family in the area.
