Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio del Mar

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

We had a great time staying in the Treetop Heaven "treehouse"! My wife and I loved the mountain feel of the environment without the excursion into the actual mountains. Amenities, shops, and restaurants are just a mile away and the area has a small town, community feel. Hosts were very attentive and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and my wife especially enjoyed our meals on the deck hidden up in the trees! A great place for a getaway!

The place was as described. It is located close to stores and casual-dining restaurants. I found it to be ideal for a work-trip , where one wants to stay in and prepare meals instead of going out. The proximity to the major street is not a noise issue for sleeping, as the bedroom faces the back of the building.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping outside with my morning coffee to watch the ocean was truly priceless. The home had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Maria Elena's studio apartment is perfect for two people. It is roomy and completely updated. The king size bed is comfortable and the mini-split heat/air conditioner is perfect for the changes in weather in San Jose. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and walkable to a local grocery, coffee and restaurants. I recommend Maria Elena's apartment and will stay there again on my next trip to San Jose.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

James was very responsive and kind. The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was quiet and felt secluded and peaceful but still close to stores and restaurants.

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

Vic was a wonderful host. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet safe place to stay while visiting.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sean's place! The house was pristine, the kitchen was incredible, the family room was super cozy, the outside patio was great, and the beds were simply dreamy! The whole place is very well-appointed. Sean was very responsive and quick to get back to us when we had questions. Loved the location. The neighborhood was very quiet, private, and friendly, and the beach is just down the street. So close to downtown, but also very near Capitola. Couldn't recommend this place more highly! Thanks for a very memorable vacation!

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

This was a lovely place to stay with an active toddler. It was peaceful, calming, with the pool and ocean steps away. Joanne was responsive and thoughtful throughout. We will be back!

The place was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas. The ocean views and sunsets on the balconies were epic! The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well stocked, so it was easy to cook big family meals. We walked one the beach every day, and there is a mini mart and a couple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. ¡Muy buen departamento para hospedarse en Watsonville!. El lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en familia o amigos. Es tal como se describe en la publicación. A unos 10 minutos en auto del centro de Watsonville. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse relativamente cerca de Carmel o Monterrey. Soojin fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento y sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

This place felt like we were staying at a classy, upscale friend’s place. Seriously, the quality of the amenities to the mugs to the thoughtful touches spread all over the home were very much appreciated. Ideal location that is walking distance to the beach and driving distance to the many scenic spots that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time here! Clean, great location, and comfortable. Spent a few days here with my little kids because our place was getting painted, and we all had a great time. Short walk for beach and pool, park right next door, and a beautiful view from the living room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aptos.
