Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Richmond

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

Great location for downtown access. The room was clean and as described. The description is accurate, the room is literally over a college bar, bring sound canceling headphones, ear plugs are provided.

Wayne's home was exactly as described and more! The heated tile in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect for traveling by bike to and from the Railbird Festival all weekend. It was close to local coffee shops and restaurants as well. Parking, finding the location, and entering were about as easy as it gets. We also appreciated Wayne's prompt communication and assistance with any help we needed. We'll stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!!

I can’t express enough what this meant for me! Meeting James was the cherry on top! I felt at home and just loved being in his Air BnB! Recommended 100 percent! His place has everything and more that you could ever want. He is an absolute amazing host and I look forward to coming back again! Beautiful home and location. Quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and activities. Home was clean and comfortable. Nora provided multiple convenience items for our use. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely be interested in staying here again!

We loved our stay in this Airbnb. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It's was in a great location for the things we wanted to do without being in the hustle and bustle of Lexington. The local shops and restaurants are great too! We look forward to coming back.

We had an amazing stay. Very comfortable and clean. Had everything one needed. Robin was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I loved the feel of the place. It felt like home. So nice, we loved it. If I am back in the area again for anything, I will definitely stay there again.

Great location! Super quick walk to Rupp arena and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Seemed to be a very safe area, we did lots of walking and no concerns. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Lex.

Great stay. Lots of room, comfy beds. Walkable to UK campus, restaurants, donuts and Starbucks.

Great place to stay for a larger family in the Lexington area. Near to everything, peaceful and private yet plenty of dining and recreational activities nearby.

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were so happy to stay for two days in such a lovely home. Whenever we had questions, the host responded very quickly, and we really appreciated it. If we visit this area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Great place to stay If hiking or fishing at red river, close to everything and has grocery stores, gas stations, and car shops all close by which was super nice! Very nice updated interior as well! 10/10, Me and my girlfriend plan on coming back again this summer

I can’t say enough about what a beautiful home. Everything from the decor, to the comfort and cleanliness, to the coffee and creamer provided. The bed and linens were five star. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. What a great surprise! The location is perfect and in such a nice neighborhood. The neighbor and his beautiful dog came out on their back deck and were very nice. If we come back for the Railbird Festival again we will definitely try to get this home. I cannot say enough great things about Matt and the house! We traveled for a girls trip, Matt’s house was clean and safe. He responded to every question, politely and quickly! Recommend great restaurants, delicious food! I will definitely be booking with Matt again in the future!

Had a girl's weekend in Lexington and Brooke's place was perfect for this. The apartment was in a great location and very clean! Highly recommend!

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

we loved our stay at the paradise inn! we will absolutely be back to Paris, KY. Ajs paradise Cafe right below is was such a nice treat and delicious food! Lee was by far the best, would recommend this stay to everyone.

This place was perfect and I felt safe traveling with my niece for a volleyball tournament. There is a cute coffee place across the street and a walkable neighborhood near by. I was hesitant about the quietness given it was an apartment, yet there were no issues. Location was close to what we needed and will definitely return when needed. Thank you Brooke!
