This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

This home was perfect to get our family together under one roof. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool ! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park and other amenities nearby.

We loved staying in Patrick's Cozy House in Grandview. Great location for us, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Loved all the space in the house that it had three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very comfortable house for a relaxing long weekend!

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

Location is the best part of this home. I loved being so close to my favorite parts of KC. The house is beautifully decorated and well designed, making a small square foot home feel very functional and spacious. I also enjoyed the private driveway and nice backyard! Worked well for my family with (had a toddler and a baby with me)! Had a pack and play and the large mirror was anchored to the wall!!! Could consider adding high chair and more child utensils/plates/cups but those are minor requests!

The house was great, everything was neatly arranged and spacious. The house was easy too get too and the host was great, very friendly and responsive.

This was our second stay at Mom’s Place and just as perfect! Immaculate, very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening!

When I say this is a beautiful home, I feel like I am selling it short. from the time you drive in the driveway you are met with a lovely yard and pristine home. Once you walk inside you are met with grandeur and elegance. The home is grand and historical, yet feels modern and fresh. We only stayed for an overnight, but after we arrived, we wish we had more time on our trip to enjoy this gem. It was comfortable and made you feel like you were royalty. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and beauty! We were not disappointed!

We arrived around 1130 hours, but Miriam reminded us to trust the GPS location, as it is easy to miss in the dark. And it was. My only suggestion would be to add solar LED lights on the mailbox or the wood depot by the entrance. The place is perfectly situated, peaceful, and beautiful. Our hosts were attentive and answered any questions. Feeding the goats, pigs, and chickens was an absolute treat, and we even bought more Vanilla wafers so the farm babies had treats every day of our stay. The beds and couches were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and great for an evening walk. We were busy running around, so we didn't use the kitchen much, but the amenities were nice. The two little dogs did not warm up to us, but we're hoping they will during our next stay.

The place was just as described and had all the amenities needed.

there was an unexpected delay with check-in that was quickly rectified to my satisfaction. i can confirm that you can go to a sold out stadium, stay through to the end of the game, and get back this location in under ten minutes which is also great lol.

Beautiful house with great amenities! This house is kept so clean and the hosts thought of everything! As a family with a small kid, it was great to not have to pack and lug a pack and play with us to KC. I loved having one there and they also a had baby gate for the stairs. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in an Air BnB. Soaps provided were scent free for sensitive skin, which is really appreciated for my family. Really can’t say enough good things about this place, we will stay again!

We had a great stay! There was so many detailed accommodations, all the way down to white noise machines in the rooms!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

Great communication and friendly host. They could minimize the expectation of what’s done/cleaned when you leave. They should operate more like a hotel (don’t ask me strip the beds and take out the trash).

Adam is very helpful to me when I reached out. He was very quick to respond. The house is very pretty, it’s not new but it’s just nice you fell at home and it’s so much better than a hotel room.
