We had a unforgettable weekend at Kathryn's home with good friends! The pool, the barn, the privacy and the surroundings were spectacular! I already recommended the home to mu family because it does feel like home 🏡

Lovely location and amenities. Our only suggestion is that, at the time of our visit, there was nowhere to sit outside and it was nice enough weather that we would have enjoyed doing so. Kayla was helpful, responsive and friendly. The lodging was very clean and neat. Guests should be aware that the steps to the upstairs bedroom are very narrow and steep. Not good for anyone that has any impairment or unsteadiness. It's typical of a home built in that era but could be an issue for some. We'd definitely stay here again!

The belle of Chambersburg! My friends and classmates were here for our 50th reunion at Wilson College. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bedroom, and we loved the funky, colorful decor. The house is beautiful and comfie. Susan was a wonderful hostess. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

I booked this place for a board game birthday weekend with friends. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to have the pool table and self playing piano. The best part was the heated floor in the kitchen area.

This house was in a great neighborhood and perfect for our stay in State College! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for a family meal post graduation. We would definitely stay here again.

Kathryn’s home was perfectly secluded and had everything we needed for our stay while visiting family from out of town. We had originally booked a different air bnb and there were issues. Upon reaching out to Kathryn she repo drs very quickly letting us know her rental was available and we were able to check in within 15 minutes of booking. It was after 7pm so I was so happy with her quick reply. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the home was well decorated. The hot tub was a great addition to have available after being out all day. We plan on staying here again when we visit.

Incredible house! If it is possible, we would give it 10 stars out of 5. It has an “old feel” with the stone exterior, deep windowsills, and interior woodwork. Yet it is also updated, beautifully decorated, and stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need (and more) during your stay! You will want for nothing. The towels are very plush and bedding is excellent. Location is ideal (5 minutes from town) and the view from the hot tub / fire pit /and patio is so peaceful and relaxing. Due to the weather we were unable to use the pool, but it was very inviting. The hosts responded to any of our correspondence within minutes and it was very easy to work with them. If it is available, we hope to return again next year.

Very nice 4bd and 2 full bath, quaint place that was extremely clean. The walk-in shower on the first floor was absolutely awesome for my 70 year old parents that gave them safety to not step over a tub. Overall phenomenal communication by Lori and a very seamless stay from start to finish. Thank you so much Lori! It made my family's Thanksgiving everything that they could have wanted seeing family.

We love Boalsburg and really appreciated having a nice clean place to stay during Memorial Day festivities, thanks much Katie & Liam.

Nana’s place is a diamond !! We felt at home and the host is the nicest !! She left a robust welcome binder with everything you needed to know with the menus for restaurants. Nanas place is so close to the wedding venue (which is why we came) literally 8 min away !! . Loved our stay and love the host

My daughter and I absolutely love this place! This was our second time staying with Bonnie and Jeff, and it definitely did not disappoint! They are wonderful hosts, warm and inviting, and the house is very cozy . I sincerely hope we are able to make our way back to State College so that we are able to book again!!! Wonderful place! If you want a quiet, relaxing, beautiful environment to get away from a busy world, this is the place. Tara might be the best host I’ve ever had. It was busy for us and we didn’t get to stay long. But we’ll be back if we’re in the area again!

I would definitely stay at Mrs. Martha’s lovely home again. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as she could. My kids loved her backyard and had lots of fun playing outside. Her home was everything she described. Loved the area and loved staying at her place.

Keppy and Ron’s home and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at many properties and this was easily the best of all on every level! The photos do not do the property justice. Their kindness and attention to detail really blew us away. We were incredibly cared for and well fed!

quiet , beautiful place

We were in town for our daughter's Navy commissioning ceremony and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. We were able to be close to PSU and also provide a space for out of town guests to come for dinner ahead of the ceremony. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor was a definite need as we had two elderly people staying with us. We appreciated the great space, great location, and overall great stay at this property and would highly recommend!

Natalia had a perfect house!! It was exactly as the pictures showed, and better! The house was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The coffee bar was a huge hit and the outside patio was beautiful and comfortable for evening cocktails. Communications with Natalia were wonderful and check in was easy. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

Great place to stay. Close to campus but yet far enough away that it felt like home. Host was great. Even stopped over during our dinner party to introduce herself and make sure we had everything we needed and make sure we knew how to contact her. Overall a great place! If our daughter wasn't graduating we'd book there again!

Very nice, comfortable house, with well equipped kitchen, and fantastic view. We sat and ate breakfast in the chairs next to the creek. Had fun with the ping pong table in the basement. David responded quickly and appropriately about a couple of minor maintenance issues we mentioned. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place for a family reunion or a gathering of friends. There’s tons of space indoors and out. The game room with pinball, video games, pool table and bar is a great spot to gather. The kitchen is huge with lots of room to gather around the table. The spa-like bath rooms have the best towels. We didn’t use the outdoor grill or hot tub, but plan to come back to do so. Super convenient to Juniata College, Reyestown Lake, and lots of great hiking spots, yet tucked away from any of the craziness. Nothing better than a hot coffee in the morning while taking in the views of the mountains. And Joe is a super responsive host. Five stars.
