Had a great stay at Nadine’s place. Beds and living room were very comfortable. Kitchen included all the necessities as well as many items that you wouldn’t necessarily expect. Everything was clean. Really appreciated not having a complicated checkout. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as a local spa, Lakes Luxury Spa.

Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

Excellent home and great hosts that a friendly and super responsive. Home had everything we needed and it was clean and beautiful. Would stay again in the future.

Tara's place was spacious with plenty of beds and room to hang out! The best part is the massive backyard with plenty of room to set up lawn games and hang out. We loved having a bonfire and really appreciated the space to spread out and enjoy nature. Also – you can see the mountains from the deck!

This home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious!! The entire home is modern and the bedrooms were private and comfortable for each person. The showers were big, especially in the master bathroom! The shower heads felt absolutely amazing after a cold, wet day at the Snowmobile Races at Saddleback. Cyrus was a great host and fun to talk to when we would be outside in the backyard. He was also quick to get back in touch with us when we had a problem with the keys. This was definitely worth the money! I’d highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb!!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

honestly one the the best places we've ever stayed. quiet and beautiful road, great apartment, river right in the backyard. fell asleep and woke up to the sound of it every night. hosts are lovely people as well! such a good find.

Suzanne is an amazing host! She’s very friendly and very responsive. Everything about the space was perfect. It’s very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location for restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend booking a stay with Suzanne. It was a great weekend and we will definitely come back!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

Great spot for a relaxing family getaway. Our son loved the resort’s heated indoor and outdoor pools, and the location is central to a variety of activities and attractions. The unit is well equipped and the beds are very comfy! Host was very friendly and responsive to any questions/ needs. The spiral stairs / loft area could be tricky for little ones or those with mobility issues, but it worked fine for our family. Would definitely recommend. :)
