The house is lovely! Everything was clean, water pressure was great, the beds were very comfortable . There was plenty of space, so we could all find time for quiet and privacy, while also having plenty of gathering areas for the family to be together. The host was always available and responsive for any questions we had.

We spent two comfortable nights at the “Small Town Oasis” while visiting our child who attends a local university. Honestly, it felt like we were at a family member’s house. The home had everything we needed to relax, make a family dinner and more. It was warm and inviting, and had all the conveniences we were hoping for, including local shops and restaurants. When I had questions, my messages to Andrew were quickly answered. Thank you for a great getaway - and the snow was a wonderful ending to our experience. We look forward to booking again.

House was very cozy and homey. Nice TV entertainment available for the evening and board games provided. There’s a great deck with a barbecue and a lovely view of their meadow. Kitchen is well supplied with all of the necessary amenities. Claire was very sweet and responsive. We will definitely come back if we return to this area, which is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for the small town, Vermont experience, this is the place.

We stayed here for a few days and it was lovely. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the house is exactly as described on the listing, and Sophie was always responsive when I messaged her. I would definitely stay here again :)

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Jay Peak condo. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. the living space was warm and cozy, sitting by the fireplace to end the day was perfect. the kitchen had the things you needed to enjoy your stay and the bathrooms were nicely designed. all of the light switches had labels so there was no confusion on which switch controlled which light. the welcome book was perfect, explaining how the house worked and what was available in the surrounding area. we went during off-season so there was no skiing but the resort waterpark and ice rink were easy to walk to, although the walk back was an uphill workout but not a huge deal. we are hoping to come back to this condo again in the near future

Great location . Quiet, beautiful lake view, private, good parking. Very cute place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place on the lake. We enjoyed every day there.

This is our second time staying there and once again it was amazing. Very nice in the fall with the woodstove. Very cozy and warm. Bill is a great guy and his guest house is a perfect stay.
