This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a great time! Kids were busy with exploring the grounds , playing board games and grown ups were able to relax. The orange trees and flowers brought a unique vibe to our stay. It was a great spot to unwind.

The house was incredible for our large group size (so many beds/pull out couches). Everyone had an amazing time! The location was great, the driveway fit all the cars, and the home was extremely clean and well kept. Amazing all around!

This house was great for our whole family from Missouri to stay in for a couple weeks. The neighborhood was nice just off Mission and close to the beach. We definitely took advantage of that. Also very easy from the house to get to freeways to do tourist stuff. The house is made for at least 6 guests. Everyone had space and we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen is easy to work in and has everything one would need to cook a meal. Out back has a pool and areas we all sat to talk and commune. We especially loved the fire pit on the chilly mornings and evenings! On housekeeping, we made use of the washer and dryer. They had a great supply of towels for everyone! We really had a wonderful experience and will definitely reach out for future visits!

Thank you for such a great stay here! The location was so great being easily accessible and close to so much yet still private and residential. Thank you for the fruit, water and s’mores! Everything was so well stocked and there was endless amounts of fun here! A true haven for kids and kids at heart with a game room so many books and toys! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being here! We looked forward to coming to this place for months and we hope to be back again sometime! Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful five night staying at Katie' s home. There are so many little touches that you can see the love and care she has taken for you to have a lovely stay. There was nothing we needed that we didn't find....to the point that when we brought so groceries in we purchased spices as we would normally for an air bnb...there was no need a huge selection. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. Our family consisted of my husband and myself, so we took one room. Our daughter, son in law and four year old grandson. As well as our other adult daughter. There was more than enough room for all. If you are considering but hesitant on price ...you won't be sorry if you do it. Her entire vibe and little touches make the experience as well. Right down to a turntable and a few great albums. Thanks for a lovely time. PS. take a moment to read her home manual, you will never be sorry, as you are staying in her home.

Great place! Got this place for a bachelor party and they had so much fun using the backyard for games. It was a walkable distance to the bars and fun outings and was close to the beach. Highly recommend

What a wonderful Airbnb experience! The bungalow was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved taking advantage of the outdoor amenities, including the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. The outdoor space was perfectly tranquil. Our daughter and dog loved playing in the yard. The proximity to downtown Carlsbad was a huge plus. We were very happy with our stay!

This is such a beautiful home, I already want to go back! The walk to the beach was easy and so close. The privacy of the outdoor seating area was really nice. Kitchen was clean and spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The water pressure in the showers wasn’t very strong, but everything else was perfect. Would absolutely stay again! Oh, and the hosts were very responsive throughout the stay when I had any questions!

Clean quite neighborhood, clean quite apartment, very cozy and enough size for our family of four, very close to Dana point and Laguna beach - beautiful coastal towns. Lots of golf courses around. Only an hour away from San Diego - couldn't go this time but it is for sure an option from this location if traveling for more than few days. Definitely worth the money we paid!

It was spacious, clean, and cozy house. The instructions and check in were convenient. The location was easy to visit Wineries. We had a great time with my friends.

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

My family and I stayed at Maritza's home to attend my fathers funeral. Her home is beautiful, serene and peaceful, just what we needed for our trip. the home is stacked with all the amenities to make you feel at home. If given the opportunity I'd definitely stay again.

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

The property is located near the beach, and our three children were able to walk to the seaside park every day to play, listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset. It’s very quiet at night, so the kids could get a good night’s sleep after a full day of fun. It’s also conveniently close to the airport and various theme parks. The house has a garage, making it easy whether you're taking an Uber or renting a car yourself.

Leah’s house in San Diego is hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thought out—from the cozy beds to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, close to everything San Diego has to offer, but still quiet and peaceful. Leah was an amazing host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a top-tier place to stay in San Diego, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
