We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Stayed here before our cruise and loved how easy an uber it was to Pike market. This was a good location to have outside of downtown but still around so much! There was restaurants and grocery store super close plus a Trader Joe’s short walk. Enjoyed trying local places nearby. Loved the fact the rooms were all spread out and rooftop would be amazing in summer!!

My third time and I'm already booked for a 4th visit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Comfortable and spacious. It's starting to feel like our home away from home.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Easy access to Redmond, very walkable to everything. 425 Fitness gym close by one the best!

Appreciate the great communication and instructions. Everything went smoothly. Great place in a great location by the university.

We would definitely come here again. This townhome is perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. So clean and walkable to a grocery, many restaurants, public gardens, and nightlife. We are so glad we chose this one for our first visit to Seattle.

Wow!!! I can’t say this enough about this place! So much fun to do around town. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was nice and quiet! We had a rental car and found a spot every night (we stayed through the weekend). We also used the 775 free shuttle and the water taxi (only 5 dollars per trip per person) to get to down. Alki beach was beautiful and we also loved the little arcade across from the beach.

Very modern and clean town home. Nice rooftop hangout spot. I could even see the sound on my tippy toes. This place had everything we needed. Couldn’t hear or see any neighbors even when we were on the rooftop we were the only ones. As of the end of May the building across is going through construction so there’s some noise starting early in the morning. Lots of natural light throughout. The room faces the sun in the morning so I wish I had an eye mask cause in the summer it gets light real early. Clean up instructions weren’t too bad. Take out trash, strips sheets and towels and start a load. I would definitely stay here again if the price is right.

Leo’s place was perfect for our big group! Very comfortable beds, lots of space, and the kids really enjoyed the theatre room! Located in a very nice neighborhood as well, we felt safe there.

This Airbnb was perfect for a Seattle getaway. It is cute and the perfect size. Though as warned, there are steep stairs, so not recommended for those who are unable to climb. In a good location for quick travel and for those who drive, a garage is attached. The garage is small but that is not hidden information and works for a normal compact vehicle. The hosts even provide a booklet of information of Seattle and their recommendations for your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

It was a great stay. First of all Ken informed us as soon as the house was ready, so we didn't need to wait for check-in time. I would recommend this to all Airbnb hosts, cause this makes the guest very happy from the beginning. The house was very spacey (bigger) than it seems in the pictures. It was very clean. The location was great. Just 2 minutes walk to grocery store. There were restaurants and cafes/bars within 5 minutes of walking distance. We didn't have time to enjoy ocean view terrace though there is a lovely terrace with ocean view. The second and third floors have ocean views too. If I'll be staying in Seattle, this house will be one of my best two options.

We loved our stay at Brian and Anh’s Airbnb. The place was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with a spacious and nicely set up kitchen. The neighborhood was walkable with supermarkets a half hour away. Using the bus system was also really easy with convenient bus stops 150 feet away.

John’s place was the perfect spot for our family to relax and connect. We chose it for its walkable location near my son’s apartment, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, well-stocked, and full of charm—and the rooftop patio views were absolutely incredible. It made for such a fun and memorable stay. Having a grocery store just half a mile away was an added convenience. Thank you, John, for a wonderful experience!

Leigha was a great host. Very responsive and helpful when needed. She even saw that we had a three year old staying at the property and asked if we needed any items to help accommodate such as a high chair. Her place was very clean and had all the amenities that you will need. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s townhouse. She was extremely communicative, accommodating and pleasant. The house was thoroughly clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The townhouse was located in the Fremont area, 10 to 15 minutes by Uber. The house is also on the public transit route. The #5 bus will take you to downtown area (bus stop is directly across the street from the house). Enjoyed the rooftop patio, it was beautifully decorated with fantastic views. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Courtney’s place was perfect for our group of 6. Such a clean, beautiful condo. We felt right at home and loved how walkable Alki beach neighborhood was for us. Thank you! Can’t recommend more and would stay again!

Great cap hill location. Loved having the garage space. Great instructions from the host. Host is willing to handle any leftover food to make your departure easier. Close to Trader Joe’s. Go try Katy’s famous breakfast sandwich! AC in the first floor bedroom would make this spot completely perfect.

I can't say enough good thing about our stay and our communication with Faizan and his team. The place is clean, located in a nice area that makes it easy to get around the city. Our communication with Faizan couldn't have been more straightforward in terms of check- in/out, and they made sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, because my wife can be a bit of a stickler for that sort of thing and I really loved the layout of the apartment with the roof terrace being a great perk for morning coffee. 10/10, do recommend!

Missing some basic cleaning items (broom) and kitchen sponges appears well used. Host was extremely responsive and provided needed items. House was close to public transportation and was easy to use to see the sights of Seattle.

We were in Seattle for a family wedding and stayed for a week. The house was perfect for our visit, convenient to all the wedding events on a very pretty street with lots of greenery. We were able to easily walk to Lake Washington, the Japanese Garden and Arboretum in between the festivities. The weather was sunny and warm so we were ble to enjoy the garden. Jonah and Jillian are very welcoming, responsive hosts.
