This place was such a cozy and comfortable place to stay!! We loved the location, the at home feel, and the comfortable atmosphere of the place!

It was comfortable large. It go a little chilly when it got down to 58 and raining outside had to break out space heater. Over all good place to stay and large enough to have a small gathering for my 78 year old mom's childhood friend.

My stay was beyond expectations! The apartment was in an excellent location! Amenities were abundant! Very clean! Kitchen was great! Truly felt like it was my own apartment! Host was very responsive! Thanks!

Great location when flying into Seatac. After a later flight , it was great to have a short drive to rest. Jeffrey was an amazing host. Very responsive and proactive in his communication. Everything was as described and the place was spotless. Easy to find and easy checking in. Would highly recommend. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION ! This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting our family in West Seattle. We both grew up in the Seattle area so we are very familiar with potential areas to stay but Alki felt like a little beach vacation that we needed. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, the water taxi into downtown and all of the charming little restaurants Alki has to offer. The value was phenomenal and each night we returned to our little home away from home we were so grateful not to be in a hotel. We hope to return in the future ! Thank you Jay !

This spot was central to everything and in a safe location. Walked around late at night all the time without issue. Clean and well kept and exactly as described in the ad. Just a small place to crash and hang out in after exploring all day. Cozy little place. The hosts were flexible with an early check in when my flight got bumped up and changed. Super responsive and helpful. Great place to stay at a reasonable price!

We hit the jackpot with this stay. My father in law was at UWMC and Debbie’s beautiful home was blocks away. We did not need to rent a car. Took the light rail from SeaTac to University station and walked to and from the hospital. Debbie was an excellent host. Very responsive to my communication and made us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. I definitely recommend!

We loved our time here! It was a peaceful place in the middle of the hailstone and bustle. A very comfy bed made for good nights of sleep between days of exploring. Having the dog bed was wonderful too! Thank you!

I stayed at Ted's place for three weeks while I was in town for work. It was an absolutely lovely stay! I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot close to downtown. It was very easy to sort out the bus to downtown and the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. The airbnb was exactly as described and I felt right at home. I hope to stay here again for the next time I'm in town for work!

We were well served with Nory's place, both in location and quality. The clean, bright, appropriately stocked apartment is located close to public transit making it easy to get around, especially to downtown Seattle. It contributed to our relaxed, enjoyable visit to Seattle.

This place was amazing! Beautiful, cozy, clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly and very responsive. A great location right in Ballard, walking distance to everything you could want. And the sauna?? Unbelievable. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Great host and beautiful apartment. Sweet outdoor space. Very quiet and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay. The unit has quite a few stairs leading up to it and steps inside to be aware of for elderly or those with physical challenges. Great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

The place is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Inside the place it was vary vary clean! With being attached to a house it’s was pretty quiet during our stay. The beds were vary comfortable and the place felt cozy. There were lots of amenities that were nice as well. Definitely a good spot that’s close to the city!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

What a great place. Right in the middle of belltown with lots to do great restaurants and several concert venues. the view is excellent and the place is very comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Ben again.

Ken’s place was the perfect stay for us! The location was fantastic—we were able to keep our car parked in the locked, secure garage all weekend and was able to walk to pike’s place and the space needle easily. We loved how safe and secure the building was. Ken did a walk through with us to show us the amenities and made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle!

Olga's apartment is an ideal place to park in downtown Seattle. In fact, it would be hard to be more in the middle of things: a grocery store, Pike Market, Seattle Art Museum, light rail station, Symphony - all just a few steps away. The apartment is immaculate. Upgraded fixtures , appliances and lighting. The building is an upscale residential apartment complex with a concierge, and a pool/sauna/hot tub area. Olga is very responsive. She was available at check-in, did an efficient, professional, and not-to-chatty check-in, and then texted later to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment has a lovely balcony area that gets about two hours of direct morning sunshine, which made for delightful morning coffee. All in all - if you need a place to park in downtown Seattle, it's hard to beat Olga's apartment.

One of the most comfortable places we've stayed in! It seemed like a lot of thought had been put into the organization of the kitchen and the guidebook, and things were labeled well. There was a nice bidet for the toilet, and I personally enjoyed the forest green aesthetic of the bathroom. Thank you Kevin, for a great week-long stay!

This condo is in the perfect location. We loved being able to see the water and walk to many of the places we wanted to see (market, space needle, restaurants, live music venues). We had a rental car, and it was great to have a secure place to park. The condo was clean and spacious and served as a great home base for two couples to share. We also liked the fact that there was a hot tub on the property, but it was not in working order the entire time we were there.

Wow what an amazing place this was! You can tell Sarah has really put a lot of thought into every little detail. It was spotless! Beautiful landscaping, I felt like we were in a modern tree house. Huge windows overlooking pretty views, private balcony with swing egg chair.. parking was never a problem. We always found a spot easy. Neighborhood was quiet and we were near food, bars, downtown. Never heard the other residents once. We used the soaking tub 2 times. Sarah was so sweet and made sure to have the tub and sauna and fire pit on for our arrival. Super simple checkout. Great communication. Comfy beds, each pillow with different hardness levels. Full kitchen / coffee bar. Honestly can’t think of one negative. Worth every penny.. if you’re on the fence, just book it! You’re not gonna find better than this one.

Ron and James place was absolutely perfect for our Seattle stay! The location is quiet and private, the views are absolutely stunning, and the place itself is very cozy. Alki beach was a short walk away. We grabbed coffee in the mornings and walked to the water taxi into the city which I highly recommend (~$6/person directly to downtown). To anyone thinking about staying here I can’t recommend it enough! It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and it’s in a great location. Thank you for hosting us!
