Just knock on our door or send us a message. Everything is new - from the HVAC to the bathrooms to the record player. Location is ideal for the Brooklyn experience - Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, a restaurant/bar/cafe strip I’d put up against any in NYC. The only downside is you’ll want to move here.

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

My family and I stayed at this location as a "stay-cay" for my son's 10th birthday and it was the perfect amount of space for the number of guests. The bedrooms are huge, everyone had their own beds and the children enjoyed their boys time in the bedroom with 4 beds. I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed a large space for a big group.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Everything we needed was provided for, furnishings comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and hangers for clothes and plenty of towels provided. The area was quiet and even though it is a basement apartment we hardly heard any walking above us. Wilmer was very responsive to our questions and made us feel at home.

The location was close to ground Zero, Financial District, Subway train station. Felt very safe. Everything was clean in the room. I recommend staying there. We had plenty of room for 4 ladies. It’s very secure also. The rooftop was fun too.
