Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Lockable bedroom and full apartment .Close to most subway trains and buses, easy access to Manhattan and local features including Prospect Park, Barclay Center, all museums, and features great shopping and dining for all of your tastes. There are stairs to get to the unit.

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
